Maz, i know i'm far away but i'd love to have you as my CDC, kinda already feel like u are. My CDC is lovely and everything but she's a quiet wee soul. I reckon you'd just need to fart in front of her and she'd jump 3 feet in the air! Bless her...

& maz i don't want to stop it would be nice to be ten stone something but my mum has been paying for it and even though it's £36 a week she's not working so she can't really afford it.. I'm going to have a word with her and ask her does she mind if i can continue.. If not then i'm going to maintain my weight by still drinking 2L water everyday0 -

U go girlie, grit your teeth and give it a bash. Before u know it a month will have a passed and you will have a lost a stone plus! Just keep thinking about 6 months down the line and the difference if u give this a go or don't. That's what keeps me going.x

Faye I find it takes a while for your body to catch up wih the losses, but when it does you feel great!!!
Bounce you'll be fine, don't worry, but don't not eat, it makes your body panic and starts eating muscle - including your heart.

My hubby told me I was looking nice and slim tonight;) . Told him I had hit my lowest weight for years. He was suitably impressed, even more than when we went away last year, he said, yes, I said. Well, he said I'll have to start again, I'm not having you being thin and me not. Well, I said (as I still have a weeks worth of packs) as you go away next weekend to Wembly you might aswell start after that.0 -
Realised I've only had 750 ml of water so far today. Will have to drink like mad and catch up, mind have to be careful, still have to walk Dunc and don't want to get caught short!0

Oh! I didn't like that program.
Its really mean. We all know that some weeks you work just as hard as others and don't have good losses to show for it, then other weeks you might even cheat loads and still have good losses.
Some of these people have really good reasons (well we all do, living longer and healthier is a pretty good reason for all of us), and to be "kicked off" as though you've failed isn't very nice is it!
And that Kate with her skinny body and condecending tone!!!!! B1tch.
