Hello everyone .. had 4th weigh in yesterday .. 3 more pounds lost .. taking me to 21 pounds lost in 4 weeks .. not bad
keep at it Tombliboo a few days of feeling a little under the weather then it's plain sailing ..
Meggielo must be nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel0 -
1st weigh in today, lost 5lbs and have to admit to being disappointed
Will see what next week brings......0 -
How much water are you drinking Miss Mollie .. I ask as Ive found that the more I drink the bigger the losses .. I drink about 4 and a half litres a day .. Think of it positively thats 5 lbs gone forever and your loss should be bigger next week .. also depends on the amount of weight you have to lose altogether .. hth0

Hi, I'm drinking the required 4 pints of water, this doesn't include my peppermint teas/black drinks, which would probably add another 2 pints at least.....
Anymore I'll be swimming!
About 5 stone to lose, so plenty to go at!0 -
Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how much Cambridge is costing for sole source at the moment?
Thanks a lot!0 -
Hi
I think different counsellors charge marginally different prices but as a guide shakes/soups/porridge are 1.75 to 2.00, bars/tetras 2.00
So unless male or taller than 5'8, you need 3 per day, so anywhere between £37/£42 per week, but then you don't have to buy other food (or very little if on SS+)
Hope this helps0 -
Hello folks. I'm back on the CD wagon again!!! I lost 3 stones 18 months ago, had a horrendously bad year with family stuff, and gained it all back over the last 6 months:(. BUT, if nothing else, what I have realised is just how deeply seated my comfort/eating under massive stress is. I am cross that I have found myself back in this position - 5 stones to lose , never did reach target! - however I feel more in control again and as my Grandma used to say, 'no point crying over whats done'. I am ss plus 'ing and so far am managing without cracking on to any body that I am on the plan/diet (whatever we are calling it now!)
So, if any body is out there - HELLO:D:D

Hey All,
I did the CD three years ago before my weeding. I was 14st 6lbs, and after a year I got down to 11st.
Over the last two years I've slowly crept back to 13st 1lbs, but honestly it's all my fault. I just love chocolate to much and tend to have binges to often!
I'm going back on CD this week coming, and I'm actually looking forward to it.
I loved CD. It's so much easier not having to think about food. I actually wish I could live my life on itI'm not massively into food (I'm just a snack fiend) and would live life just eating food pills if there was such a thing!
It's not for everyone though, as my wife also did it and she constantly said she was bored with the food, where as I'm quite happy eating the same thing day in day out.
I must admit it works, but only if you stick to it 100%, there is no half way mesures.
Anyways good luck to me, and everyone else currently embarking on CD.0 -
hiya peeps
I restarted cd the other week and lost 5.4lbs the first week. 2nd weigh in is on Friday. Massive headache this morning which is still with me. Finding the water thing a little better this week as well.
I have a wedding next Sunday and am planning to eat sensibly but at least i will have 5 days before the next weigh in.
Main focus is my nephews wedding at the end of may and I am hoping to have lost 1 stone from now til then (at least)
howz everyone else doing???0 -
Hi guys. I did CD few years ago and nearly got to goal but had a baby. Now I am back, not on CD I found a cheaper version Exante (which is bought online) which I start next week, This week I am on lipotrim.
Am on day 3, am in full ketosis, thirsty, dry mouth, increased energy (need to be careful here as I am BP2) and no appetite !
I have loads to lose 76lb to lose.. But I can do this.
good luck everyone0
