Well I've figured out how to get over my issue of not drinking enough - play Just Dance on the wii :rotfl::rotfl: - I've only done 4 dances so far and have drank half a litre of water - I'm SO unfit. Have resoned with myself that 10 dances (each about 2/3 minutes long) on the wii should take away my guilt of not having a SS day

It's AMAZIN''' - It's so tough though, it's not dancing it's an aerobic workout :D- I gave up after 5 dances cause OH refused to dance to The Spice Girls with me :rotfl:I've just done 20 minutes on the wii fit instead though, I was intending to do 30 minutes but OH chucked me off so he could watch Match of The Day. I feel so energised now, feel like I could go and run laps up and down our street, lol

Oh and it takes up less space than the wii fit does so there's NO excuse not to have it and play it :D

DS is 11 months old and gets all excited when he sees mummy and daddy dancing so we give an unused wii remote and he bops along too :rotfl::rotfl:

Cheapest I've found is £16 either from

    Tesco

    or

    Amazon

It's definately worth it - whenever we have friends round we always end up playing on it (I just dread the day when the videos end up on facebook :o)

Thank you for your hugs guys:D Really appreciated.

The vegetable Marigold bouillon thing - yup, cd £6 'ish (cant remember exactly), I love it but will def get the none cd one when I have run out.

I am about to go on Amazon to look at this dance thingy for the wii. We've got a wii but I've never used it. Have you got to register a me wii character and be weighed and all that? Love the idea of the dance thing though. I'm still stuck in (poorly kids - ongoing since before Christmas!!!) so a bit of a boogie would be ace.

Stokegal and Piratess - let us know how you get on with the w/i. And are you pink yet Piratess?:o (You still pink stokie?)

    See ya xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hunbun - you only need to be weighed on the wii fit, but you do need to make a mii character. It only takes a few minutes though. The dancing game is really good - it's really fun to do as a group and I actually work up a sweat on it (I get far too engrossed in it and think that I'm some backing dancer in a concert :rotfl:)

Yep I'm still pink - I must have checked every hour was worried that I'd be thrown out as I'd had some water flavouring and had chicken with brocoli but I was fine. I am however doing rubbish on my water today - I'm still on my first litre :o

Piratess - I think if you email your cdc she'll arrange something even if she cant come out to you maybe you can get weighed the day after. I hope she's better than mine, I called mine on Saturday morning after she said that she'd call me - but never did and when I introduced myself on the phone she said "Who??" - I'm obviously not very memorable

I was reading through previous posts in this thred and saw that they did a few 5 / 7 100% challenges and was wondering if everyone was up for a 7 day 100% challenge starting on Monday??
