So another day, did a sneaking weigh-in this morning and I am within the 11stonesI also did my semi weekly pee stick and it was dark pink :T I need to up my water today though becuase yesterday due to my day out I barely got it my 2.5l...

Dam ice and snow still outside, my sons school is open for parents who want to take their children, i decided not to lol ... would take an hour to walk there in this ! ...
so another day at home unless im needed to go cleaning and then ill have to take lil one with me ..
Still feeling fuzzy headed. and a little sick .. ??no idea why ..
am on first pint of the day ... how pints makes up the 2.5 litres roughly ? im going to have to crack this water thing properly instead of just guessing lol ...

Its roughly 4 1/2 pints per 2.5 litres. However if you round it up to 5 you will be doing realy well. If you work it out time wise... 9-11 (pint 1) 11-2 (pint 2) 2-5 (pint 3) 5-8 (pint 4) 8-11 (pint 5). You may however find you drink more at night that over lunch or visaversa... However having a losse plan will help you get it all in0

Pap - you have got to become a CD counsellor. You are fantastic at dishing out info and encouragement. Its not just that you obviously know your stuff, but also that you seem to have the knack of being able to address everybodies questions in an organised fashion. If you can't be a cdc, would there be any way of being a weight loss/ lifestyle counsellor? As you say, you've tried various different routes to weight loss and you really have a handle on the health front. Honestly hun, I'm not trying to just butter you up (aaaagghh there is always a foodie reference somewhere!), its just that it would be a massive shame if your experiences and natural ability to motivate and help weren't used:kisses:
I am smiling at the pee stick comments! When I first started I was TOTALLY obsessed with my pink stick - you will def be pink by the way Piratess - I think I was day 4 and it was like the best christmas pressie ever to pee pink!!
I bought a tub from the chemist (not my local one:rolleyes:!). I just asked the pharmacist. They were £4.50 and lasted ages. Have run out but am trying not to get uptight about them now, can't get out 'cos of the snow so don't have much choice!!

Hi Piratess.....sorry you're feeling fuzzy, that weak, no energy feeling will go after a while. Just looked through my diary and it was towards the end of week 2, into week 3 that I started to feel more energetic. But still took to probably week 4 before I could do more without feeling *******ered! I hope you can get your piddle stix soon, at least then you will be able to see that you are in the pink, although everything you describe is defo ketosis. Thats what helps with the hunger and when the headaches stop.
I'm doing ok now. It has taken since Monday for me to really get my head back into it. Wed and yesterday good. I am having a bar during the day and having a meal as well, dont quite know when I can get to see my cdc again, but having used my scales (sometimes we just have to!!), 3lb of christmas has gone now.:rotfl:.

i just needed to come let off some steam .. I feel so hungry today1st time to my stomach is aching .. such hunger pains! im so hungry! .. ive had my water so im on track with that .. ive had 2 shakes saving one for later ... i just feel hungry weak mouth yacky and fed up

PIRATESS - i know how you feel....i've had the stomach hunger pangs :cool: really not pleasant and they don't always pass with trying to fill up with water....i have been splitting my shakes the last couple of days which is easier, but i'f found with the cold weather i'm soooo cold and hungry i've had four packs ! have spoken to my CDC and shes said its ok so hopefully WI tomorrow will be good....i hope
i've had to buy some mouth freshner which i use religilously....it does help but not a huge amount, just won't be letting anyone close enough to find out my breath smells
hang in there your doing fab....nearly end of day 6 for meroll on the weekend....i have to admit if i'm feeling hungry mid afternoon which is my usual time for wanting to eat, i tend to have a little nap....my thinking is, if i'm asleep i definately can't eat :rotfl::rotfl:
have still been having the dream cheats though....and craving the stupidest of things!!0
