  • Hello all _wave__by_elicoronel16.gif Where are you all? Purple have you had any more info from your CDC? Any start date?

    I am doing fabby. Third day of my mini challenge and no cheating yet. However I did have this craving for orange juice last night at midnight :confused: The strange thing is I cant normally drink orange juice :rotfl: Anyways I tuned in for the night and got ingrossed in a book. However I have a problem. I just have strawberry & banana shakes/tetras which I love. However I do get a handfull of choc shakes to make ice cream shakes with, I cant drink them as a shakes as they taste awful. Anywyas I had my ice cream this morning and the problem is I am sat here eating my icecream wraped in a blanket shivering while it rains outside :rotfl: Oh how I laughed. Still I get something to 'eat' and thats all that counts.

    Hope you guys are doing well :j keep going....

    Helllooooo,

    Sorry not posted for a bit, how is everyone getting on? Ugh, I only lost 1lb last week on my third WI, I was soooooooooooooo disappointed. BUT onwards and upwards as they say (or downwards as far as the scales are concerned) but the thing that was so upsetting was that I didn't cheat at all - argh.

    Anyway, that was last week and this is this week and my by scales I'm now showing a 41/2 loss :) veeeeeeeeeery happy (lets hope that this keeps up until Monday night)

    I've tried my first toffee and walnut shake -mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So delicious that I would have it even when I'm in my maintanance period.

    Anyway, better be off, my H2B is moaning that I've not done my 'chores' and he's looking all pious, as he's finised his, humpf.

    xx
  • Hey Beanie, lurking is fab :j are you still CD'ing? The weekend was fabby (more of that in a while) and yes mini meet has to happen. Will cost me a bomb to train up there but I will do it :j

    Bana, Whoop whoop on the weight loss. Yes its small but at least its in the right direction. Shame you didnt cheat to hae that though, maybe its just a change in your body and bigger losses will come this week. Maybe up your water too, sometimes that helps. As for the toffee and walnut shake... no so wrong on so many levels :rotfl: Hope this past week and a bit has been fab for you.

    ~~~~~
    So when did I last post... 29th. Well my pledge went well :p well for two days it did. Thursday I had to travel for work, was told I would be home at a certain time and alas I wasnt. I had only taken two shakes so had to buy chicken on the way home before I passed out! Friday was an awful day (well once I got into work) so I ended up emotionally eating, it was yum though. Saturday was more of the same but this time a much larger binge, I didnt like this one much and it cost me loads of money too :confused: So Sunday was a meet with the DFW crew I was doing well, had covered my water before I arrived nearly and had shakes for the trip. Except I went off plan again! Again it wasnt even nice or nutritional and certainly wasnt work the money I spent on it :o I then arrived home before being sick everywhere and thats when I realised that my whole stomach and tolerance to food has changed.
    So Monday was a new week and a new start. I worked out with my off plan and binging I had effectively completed the 810 plan for two weeks and I had to get back on SS quickish. So new target was set 29days (all of August) at 100% no messing, no nothing, it has to be done I need to get into the 13's before September. So with renewed inspiration (you tube weighloss videos ~ amazing!) and determination I am here again on SS. The only 'problem' I am having is I have drank 2.5 litres from day one and now it would seem my body needs more and more to just keep going. Yesterday I drank 3 litres and today I am just finishing my 4th litre :eek: But asside from that I am doing quite well. Dreading weigh in on Sunday though but hey needs must and all that...
    Hope you are all doing fabby :j
