It could be indeed Maz, I am hoping against hope thats why. I jumped on the scales this morning and it says I have lost 9lb :eek: I know mine are 2lb roughly less than CDC's so I am holding out hope for monday... Still been 100% these two weeks (appart from the jam).
Oh and I had to smile, the ice cream van has just gone up the road and I am here sat eating my choc CD ice cream and its rather nice :j0 -

I've come on today as well, which perversely is a very good thing cause it means a) i've just left Big G but i at least i know i'm not pregnant (cause that would've been bad timing! lol!) and b) i hopefully will shift a few extra pounds after it's passed.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Fingers crossed I can order it on Monday :j Lol at your last coment, especially regards to Big G, that would be hugely bad timing. Are yu going to your CDC to be weighed soon or are you going to go it alone now? I am sure if you took a bit of healthy eacting and some of the CD maintance plan you wont put on... espec with all that running0 -

I'm really missing something to eat, I'm not hungry but miss something to put in my mouth and chew - any suggestions?
I'm on the SS+ so in the book it says that I'm allowed to have 190g of cod and a little salad, do you think that will interfear with my ketosis?0 -

Thats exactly what happened to me Bana. Its not so much I was hungry I just wanted to chew something, and seeing as crisps are my fave food you can now see why! They say chewing gum isnt allowed because it makes you hungry as it sends false signals to the brain. However I have used it although I dont chew it much and its all taken out not swallowed. Now I tend to chew ice cubes, straws and my nails (although I did the latter before).
Having the ss+ food 'shouldnt' interfear as you arnt eating enough to get hit out of ketosis but everyone differs. I had some steamed chicken and cabage one day and it didnt affect me. The only thing you can do is try it. If its eating that or efectively trying to get through then bingeing then I would go with the chicken. Just makes sure the chicken is plain and there is no sause/oils/mayo with the salad. If you have any ketostix then around 24hours after consuming it see if its effected you. If it hasnt then not to worry :T

Day 6 today, on ss+ dont really feel like I have lost any weight. Not sure if in ketosis yet, the stick is pink but not dark purple. Any ideas? I hope I am ot disappinted tomorrow at weigh in.0

Debbie - exactly the same as me, am on SS+ but on day five, my stick is pink too (this is good and means you are in ketosis) and I don't feel like I've lost any weight either (unless you count sucking my stomach in when looking in the mirror) ha ha0

Make sure you suck it in when you get on the scales too!! I always do, have no idea why, always stand up straight and tall, weird........
Its when I hold on to the sink that I get the best losses though:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
