 been having a really bad week this week and my scales havent budge since last weigh in ( yeah yeah, I know I shouldnt scale jump!!!).

I have felt really depressed this week and almost feel like crying but havent. maybe I should get it out of my system? I have had a couple of days of nibberling but have knocked that on its head. I have been 100% for the last couple of days and will have my next weigh in on Tuesday.

I dont know why i am feeling blue and am not due totm yet. Just really fed up with work and things. Home life is fine and nothing has upset me...............so anyway having a crappy week and thought I would share my misery:rolleyes:

Good luck to everyone. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to buy a pair of knee length boots that I can fit round my calves and a little black dress!:p
Arrrhhhh..... One of my fantasies that one;)
  • postingalwaysposting, thanks for the warning on the bars. I might give them a go and see what happens then. I really hope they dont take me out of ketosis as I really need something to chew.

I started off at 14 st 11.5 and I'm now 13 st 13. I need to lose about 4 stone to take me down to BMI 25. If I get down to 12 st then I will be so happy. That's what I weighed when I met my bloke, not that he cares which is why he's a darling.

I dropped a Choc Orange shake on the floor yesterday. I don't know about anyone else but I seem to be more irritable now. I literally had tears in my eyes when I dropped it. (it is my fave flavour and it was my last one)

I've not had the feeling of euphoria yet. Apparently some people get it. Now that would be cool.

Well what ever does it for you hun. Personally, at the minute, for me it would be to lick chocolate off Rav Wilding from Crimewatch. But then that would take me out of ketosis:EasterBun

Chocolate Fetishists. its not one of my problems, but I know someone who used to get the super high cocoa percentage dark chocolate, (its pretty low carb in comparison to cheap cadbury type milk chocolate.)
She used to treat herself to a square on a Sunday afternoon.

She didn't go out of ketosis and maintained losses. It wouldnt work for me, I couldn't stop at one square, but it may suit some of you.

Just to clarify I'm a girl, Duncs my dog! and I would love to buy boots off the shelf and be able to do them up. Have no lickable suggestions on the body paint front, Tetras are thicker than the mix it yourself stuff though, you could even try it frozen!!!.

Sorry about that. :( It wasnt obvious to me. Hope I didnt cause offence.

Tried the Tetras and I really dont like them. They tasted really strange. I do really miss chocolate and I think I might nab your idea of dark chocolate. Maybe that Venezulan Black would do the job, but I think it can only be bought from Harrods.

Do you have the same prob as me with boots? To be honest, I've always had large calves, even before I put weight on. They weren't muscly either. Just tree trunks.

I bought a gorgeous retro black and white crochet dress at Christmas that really needed some knee high black patent boots. I went everywhere and could not get them to zip up my calves. Yeah, they have always had a bit of a problem.

You didn't cause offence, my husband found it very amusing, (Now he would like the long thigh length ones;))
  • Wow thigh high boots. I think all blokes love thoughs.

Let me know when you get some to fit. I will have a drink (of water unfortunately) to you. :T
