hey guys... loads of posts since i was last on.... ! That's what i like to see!
nothing to report here, i've been pretty lazy with the diet over the weekend... back to work and back in it this week again.
Runclub again tonight as well, so that all helps!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
This is my first week and I hate the soups. Does anyone's counsellor let them have the bars on week one? Is it better to do that than give up? Which bars are nice?0

debbie - i wasn't mad keen on the soups either TBH...
make sure you are making the most of the shakes, as a plain ole shake mixed up in water is not great but a few ice cubes and a blender and it's a whole other ball game!
bars are week 3 i think, and i doubt your CDC would let you buy them sooner.... plus i think they aren't so great either TBH... probably not the answer to your problem.. What's making you want to give up... explain it here and we'll help you thru it......
Better to talk it thru on here, get to hear some success stories and once week 1 is out of the way, you get a great loss and you're on a roll!!!

Its my restart 1st WI tonight. I'm so nervous!! Really hoping for a good start. Its only been 5 days but I have been 100%. Wish me luck xx0

Phew I had a busy one yesterday, didn't "eat" anything until about 9.30 last night, afraid didn't bother with the packs, had a bowl of cornies and went to bed.
VV Bad I know! Didn't want to cheat and grab something, but was just as bad by not having anything.
Another busy day today, but won't be running around as much so should be able to fit in my packs.
Got to eat tomorrow, got to take customer to lunch! Will be good eat though. 2 weeks today to my hols, oh I can't wait.0 -
