Well completed yesterday 100%, had a go on the scales this morning and I'm back to previous lowest weight before lots of naughtiness.
(Done it again, keep pressing submit instead of advanced.)

    So anyway, where was I?
So 12. 7 dead on. need 2 lbs to hit 2 st. marker.
Target for next 20 days is 9 lbs, that will give me 2 and a half stone off before my hols!

I'm chasing you Maz, only 5lbs behind so you had better be good or I'll catch you up!

Went online last night and I've ordered some bikinis, couldn't get loads of sizes so i've actually gone for a 14 bottoms and 16 tops. No idea if they will fit, usually have 16 bottoms and 18-20 tops, but my size 16's are getting a little baggy now so I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that they are OK.

    Have a good day everyone,
    Bye for now

Way to go Dunc, slowly but surely eh. Just think now everything you lose is a 'new' loss, whoop whoop! Well yesterday was 100% and today looks that way too. Nearly 1 litre down already and three shakes on desk ready to eat. I just have to keep it up now when I am back to work ekk.

Oh and on a side note, if anyone has the shakers dont leave any extra in there once drinking. I made that mistake on Monday and went to use the shaker last night and its was rancid Sick_by_Emotikonz.gif So please clean it once using it :rotfl:

Pap - you are sooooo good at giving out advice! i love your posts!

Alf - so sorry about your gran hun.... and hope work gets better soon...

Ladies - i am being good and scales are showing a downward trend still... dare i say it, i was showing 11st7 on my own scales this morning, which have been between 12 and 12 4 for weeks, so even allowing for lightness in morning and difference in scales that's still a proper loss....!

In other news, Big G and i are splitting up, so i think finances will not permit a £40 a week spend on diet. Going to see my woman on thursday and will explain my situation. Feel awful but if i'm looking at private rented houses £200 a month on CD is not an option. Hope she understands... i'll turn on the tears , that'll stop her complaining...........

but i'm still around for a little while... dying to see what losses tomorrow brings.
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I've done that PAP with my bottles, had to chuck a few out. Especially in this heat. If you don't rinse them straight away you cant get them clean.

Well done you on getting back on track. Its so easy to just fall out of the "good" habits. Keep it Up!!!

Oh Maz, I'm sorry to hear your news. I know these things happen and are often for the best, but its always sad news.
Good Luck in finding a house - Hopefully you will find something thats reasonable, but I dare say it will take a while to settle down into your new circumstances.

My hubby told me (and has bought some but havent tried them) Asda are doing their own brand of the slimfast type tetras, only 89p! May be worth looking at doing two a day whilst your getting straight.
    Just a thought.

And theres me thinking I'm catching you up. 11.7  Thats a stone away. I think you're in the clear there.
    Keep your chin up missus!

thanks Duncs - 11 7 at home, nekkid after a pee is not 11 7 really though is it! but home scales have been well stuck at 12 or over for the weeks gone by so am happy enough with the downward trend!

You will catch me up, but you're overtaking me in the bikini stages! as you'd never get me into a bikini now... saggy tum city here!

Thanks for the tip re asda shakes, i know tesco do something similar... might still meal replacement twice a day until whenever to help maintaining...... i'm sure sugars or carbs are maybe higher on these slim fast and others.... but better than eating craap...

Hello Everyone, I've been reading these posts for a little while now and I'm starting my CD on Monday and I can't wait!! I'm SO excited. This is the first time that I've done anything like this and am looking forward to the weight coming off straight away (to spur me on).

I just wanted to join to get some support really, hopefully I'll be able to stick to it 100%, I guess the first three days are the hardest and after that my consultant tells me that she felt 'euphoric!' so I want that feeling :)
