Hi, mee again lol!
Just a quick question. Can you buy a shaker mixer thing from your cdc? If so, how much is it?
Thanks

Wow Lisa,
48lb in 11weeks is fab! Well done!
I'm on day 5 of ss and still 100%. The scales are showing a 1/2 stone loss since last wednesday and i am being weighed on Thurs so looking forward to that.
I'm getting a months supply on thursday as my cdc goes on her hols in the middle of july for two weeks. Shes been great though and is ordereing me a shaker and the magazine. It is quite lonely doing this but am proud of keeping going. We went to Mcdonalds for lunch yesterday and i just had water and didn't eat a single chip! Saturday night used to be our pizza and wine night but not anymore! I had spicy tomato soup instead!!

Morning y'all. Another disappointing WI for me yesterday, only 2lbs. Only myself to blame, not been drinking enough water and i have felt like giving up. Should have lost tons more by now. Had a really good long chat with CDC and she told me just to go away and have a really good long think about why i started this and about how i felt when i started. I was close to giving up, but instead i have re-evaluated my goals and have decided to pretend like i'm starting from day one all over again. Gonna give myself a break and start afresh today. Set myself a goal of half a stone in 2 weeks, and just gonna keep a tight rein on things. My friend is coming home from Japan in 2 weeks, and if i lose 7lbs by then i'll have lost 3 stone since she saw me last year. Now that's an incentive!
To all my chums who are doing fab, a big well done. You're keeping me inspired. And to the ones who feel like they're slowing down a bit, please keep going. I'm gonna start checking in with you lot a bit more, should keep me on the straight and narrow! Huggles :j x xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0 -
P.s. Are the newbies in the facebook crew?Still to go: 24lbs:think:0

Bindi ~ Welcome back to CD. Just think you did it once you can do it again. I hope you exceed your first goal and are looking fab for the wedding.
laura ~ You seem to be doing so well, keep going :j
Regarding the preperation etc at the beginning I tended to just have tetras in work. I then tryed and time it so all the lads are in the canteen so nothing was said. Now I will still have my tetras in work and I will generally have it whoever is arround (as most know now) but if we have visitors I will drink it in the loo or in the corridoor. I have never taken a packet mix into work, even though I now have a shaker I just dont like the thought.
Regarding the diet coke its a no no, they say zero is 'ok' at a push but only on higher plans. I would say if you can obstaine from it then I would. I used to have about 3 cans a day and the withdrawal was bad but it was over after day 4. Saying that though I had a fanta yesterday (more on this to follow) and after 3 mouthfulls I was sick so maybe my body doesnt like anything fizzy now
Regarding the mood, I didnt see it as some shining light thing but you do feel much, much better. For me my Mum clenched it when she said its like living with a happier person. Although that may not happen to you, every one is different.
Maz ~ Your new CDC sounds fun :rotfl: Good luck on your 100% week and I hope your loss Thursday is fabby... Oh and happy peeing on a stick :rotfl:
Lisa ~ OMG you are doing fabby :T :T only 29lb to go, I bet you are over the moon eh... Have fun working up the plans.
Bounce ~ So sorry you have had a bad weigh in. Its seems like the summer has zapped all our motivation. I hope your 'new start' is exactly what you need :j

Ok I guess its time to confess. Before the 100% week thing I undertook on this thread I hadnt been following the CD plan. I was having my water 5l a day infact however I was barely having one shake a day and having no illegal food either. Last night I had a breakdown while I sat here and comtimplated my fate today. I counted my packs and out of the 42 I picked up two weeks previously I had 30 remaining! I know I had 3 extra because of the fiasco the other week but still taking out those and today allocation thats 23 shakes not eaten ~ over a weeks worth. I typed an email to my CDC 4 times but didnt send it and I went today expecting a gain.
I went, I wont tell you the outcome but I did lose a tiny amount. I am now on my own again for 2 weeks  And I am stating now I will be 100% for those weeks... I have to be this diet cant beat me too. So the race is on and if I win the race I will be treating myself... I am stuck in the valley and its time to climb to the top of the mountain :T
Good luck all :j :j0 -
awwwww pap, there's no need to beat yourself up about it hun!
i do have to force myself to have my 3rd shake every day TBH, so i can relate to the extra packs thing big style... i have given loads away as well...
at least you had a loss but this not eating your packs is bound to have meant you are undernourished and essentially living on 150cals a day... it's ridiculous really isn't it...
so from here on in, lets get refocused (again, i know) and get back to daily posting, updates etc etc....
all non CD chat should be banned unless it can be tenuously linked to CD in some way....
let's focus, regroup and take this forward in a big way...
ooooh and while i feel bossy... let's not discuss food anymore, let's just say "i've eaten" and carry on... i think we are all a little bit guilty of being too relaxed with ourselves... and me a major culprit.
I'm showing a 2-3lb loss so far since weigh in last thursday and i have had some food... so hoping a few days at work being 100% before next weigh in will add another 1-2lbs to the mix... 4-5lbs off would be amazing... and see me below 12stone...
it's funny, i've been talking about getting below 12stone for about 5 weeks now!! humph!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
