Hello!
Room for another in here?
I have a CDC coming to see me on Sat...Can't wait!! I'm so excited!
It's been like knitting fog trying to get hold of one though!
I've emailed a few through the site and also emailed the site part where they find one to contact you. Only had one reply, and she seems to take three days or so between replys!
Ah well, she's the one coming to see me lol.
I think I've found it frustrating waiting because I want to get cracking!!
Oooo...can't wait!!! x!!73lb lost!!

Hey Duncs, the weekend was reaalllly good....
I was quite naughty and i won't go into details except to say there was lots of food, actualy no, there wasn't lots lots lots, but there was regular amounts of food put it that way. And wine on the sunday night..
Did lots of shopping, caught up with friends, lots of walking, and the all important 10k run which went really well..... weather was good, hotel was nice (well as nice as travelodges ever are!) very handy for race start......
journies by train were a bit stressy but essentially fine....
I have pics of FB if anyone is interested....

Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well, loving the new smiley and sad faces!! I am so amazed, I still weigh exactly the same. I had this horrible feeling that as soon as I got back to regular eating I would pile it all straight back on again.
My plan is to eat sensibly and healthily during the week and then have a treat (a bit of chocolate and a couple of glasses of wine) at the weekend and it seems to be working.
Maz, hope your new CDC is better than the last. It will be no time before you get under that 11, go girl!!Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

Yes, you buy 21 packs (shakes or soups) and everything will be explained to you. In week 3 you get to choose one bar each day in place of a shake. A word of warning - don't try the cheese and broccoli soup, its minging!!
Its probably worth cutting down on carbohydrates leading up to your first day otherwise you may feel a bit ropey the first few days as you experience withdrawal symptoms but once you get into the second week you will feel great. Good luck!Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

God, I'm feeling miserable. Day 4 on the diet in full ketosis (so the 7th, technically), and all I've gotten left is Porridge. I typically just do two shakes and two porridges a day, but I just absolutely beasted the shakes first... now all I have is the Porridge for another two weeks
Worse still, my CDC is on holiday so I can't exchange them.0 -
Gilzor, can you ring Cambridge and see if there is another CD anywhere near enough for you to do an exchange?
Its hard enough doing this, but if you arn't too keen on the porridge you will find it even harder!
Well done Goldy, very glad to hear you are maintaining well, gives hope to us all!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Hi Gilzor! Umm, i have loads of shakes left over from when i was having bad days or was just being silly and only having 2 a day (yeah, i know i'm a numpty) I'd be more than happy to send you some if it's gonna help? If you're interested PM me.

Duncan ~ Yep no more sad smilieys please
Cathy ~ So sorry your CDC was a little lack on contact. I hope she is fab though. Have a good meeting and come on here if you need any support. Someone is around each day to help out. Your first meetiong varies from each CDC but generally they will weigh you, measure you and take your picture. They will then go through the diet in details and explain everything before you buy your meal packs. If you are over 40bmi or are on certain medication you will need a doc signature though so be aware that you maynot start that week. I would say try everything, if you can get one of each flavour and then you will find out what you like. However your tastes will change over the diet so be aware of this.
Goldy ~ Glad you are doing fab on maintance. For any reason if you put some weight back on would you do CD again?
Maz ~ Glad you had a great weekend. I hope your new meeting with your CDC goes well ~ I will be thinking of you :A
Gilzor ~ Sorry you are having problems. I hope either someone on here can sort it or a local CDC.
Bounce ~ Hiya :hello: Hope you are ok
