what do you guys think?If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -
Ok, had my WI today. CD been on hols for 2 weeks so thought i'd have massive loss. Just did a dummy WI on work scales a couple of days ago and they said i'd lost 9lbs so i was fairly hopeful. But then i had wine and crisps. And as a result i have only lost 2lbs. TWO lbs in 2 weeks. Not a happy bunny. Hopefully it's just cos i bloated after the wine. 100% this week without fail! xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0

I've given up
:o I felt so ill after 2 days on it, I just couldn't carry on. I had cramp both nights in my calves which was very painful.
Feel a failure... sorry.
Got lots of shakes/soups left so hope she takes them back.
Going to relook at slimming world. I just don't think my blood sugars can take not being kept at a certain level. I was tested once for diabetes but was neg.

Results aren't earth shattering TBH but I haven't put on any weight so thats one in the eye for my so called friends who said i'd pile it on when I stopped!! Lost 2.5 lbs in 3 weeks..not great but hey ho...keep it up! Hope everyone is still doing well. Take care xx0

Good Morning Everyone.
Well I am feeling much better, just a bit of a cough left now, so no more excuses. I am ready and raring to go.
I'm up for your challenge this week PAP, 22nd-28th, here I come.
I like your idea of having to include your water ration to get your happy clappy too. Thats always a big struggle for me, but if you miss it, I think that has a lot to do with falling off the wagon.
7 days, lets go for it.0 -
Alpha ~ Welcome aboard. I will ask for your results the day after
We have to do this.
Dun ~ So glad you are on the mend, nothing worse than being ill and on a diet. Welcome in to the 100% week too. Deffo regarding the water. Its so easy to forget about it if you arnt in a routine. I have a mini routine but it is so easy to just forget.
So today has been fab, 100% so far, 2l down and 1 to go :T I counted my shakes today and have far too many so I am either missing shakes or they are breeding my drawer :rotfl: Somehow I think its the formerwhich is bad in so many ways. So I am now going to post when I have them in the hope I have enough :rolleyes: So I had a tetra @ 12noon and then I had a shake @ 4pm just one more to go :T
Keep going all :j
Btw I love this for motivation, not only because the pics are fab but the song is amazing too

Welcome to the crew Laura :beer: Glad you have been looking up on the diet and know that its great for you. Of course yu can join in, the more the merrier, we will support and help you in anyway we can. I find two weeks easier to cope with as I have a bigger loss on the second week which boosts my confidence. 3st is a lovely round number to aim to lose, you could on CD do that in three months, amazing eh. It varies from day to day which day is the hardest, many say day 3 but mine was day 4, however once you are in ketosis its plain sailing :j
Goodluck Laura and you can gladly join the 100% club :T Good luck with your meeting tonight
~~~~
So guys how did we get on? I did amazing :rotfl: 3 litres and 3 shakes :j Just need to keep it up now :rolleyes:
Maz when are you seeing your new CDC after you weekend off. Well done completing your 10k ~ Amazing :T :T :T
