Pap ive lost a stone and a half and not dropped a size either. when i dieted last time it took me ages (even though i was shrinking) to actually drop sizes)

Guys i think i may be joining you again. 100% SS for me. Not sure when i will start but have been sussing things at work and think i can get away with not eating. besides the stuff they eat although its ok is not what i want to put in my body. I want healthy food. The kids just cant be persuaded to eat very balanced diets and hamburgers pizza and hot dogs is destroying me. as is MacbloodyDonalds. I had that last week and boy is it foul. Will definitely just have a diet coke there next time.

Am very ill and its my weekend today and tomorrow. got tonsilitis but of the viral variety yay. :( got penecillin if i start getting worse.

Lets get our forum back guys :D

I know there's no excuses, but was doing OK, got home felt a bit ill, Full of cold, had my arm implant changed was sore, and feeling very sorry for myself.

Had a major !!!! up with my holiday, TC cancelled my return flight, so had to sort that out, got the auditors in work.........

Really felt lousy and hubby cooked a great big cumberland sausage, there was some left, he asked if I wanted some, I said NO, twice.

    But then I ate it,
Bol!ocks, Sorry, let everyone down on the first day.

Must try harder, must try harder

With all that going on no wonder! Well that's two of us pink faced then. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm feeling very shaky, like when my blood sugars go really low.

Hmmmm not good, maybe CD isn't for me :(

Tigz, the first few days are pretty craappy for most people, i did feel pretty much as you describe in the first days... know that this feeling does pass within 3-4 days and you will come out the other side, probably feeling great....

take it easy, but you honestly need to persevere thru the wierdy spaced out grumbly tummy slooshy waterlogged days to get to the coasting stages.......

It would be easy to jack it in now, but this is the worst bit, so worth trying to get over it if you can... the rewards are there to be had but it's not easy.....

    Hiya Goldy :D

I work with children with special needs and challenging behavior. And i am writing a factual book about h0rses feet and f00t care etc as there is nothing out there for horse owners just for farr1ers.

and i want back on CD as eating too badly for my tastes :D

  • Tigs the first 4 days are the worst, but trust us once you get through that you will be fine and I have way more enery than ever. Perservre and I am sure you will love this diet. Take care though :)
i can't believe you've not dropped any dress sizes yet Pap?! 2 stone gone should surely show something.... just cause you're still wearing the same clothes doesn't mean you are still the same size...

get thee down the shops for a trying on session! methinks you may be smaller than you think!!!

you don't have to buy, just try some on!

Thanks Maz, tbh I havent tried anything I do have some size 18 trousers from next here but I am waiting untill next weigh in to try them :T Although I have started getting comments in work, I am hiding under my tabbard (well someone elses xxl) untill my holiday and then I am not wearing them anymore (not compulsary) :D However when people see me from the side they are amazed!

Wierd isnt it... When I was calorie counting I drop to 18/18 but thats it and I lost 3stone then  The problem is although I am a very big girl I am in preportion and its coming off everywhere and not just in one spot which is fabby. I guess the time will come.

One of the original people in work is back on CD. So we had a chat and I told her my story etc, well she stated that last time whe was on it she was always hungry, so I explaned about ketosis (she really hasnt looked into this diet ~ again!) and told her I would bring in some pee sticks. She asked if I can motivate her... I said of course :D So I am now encouraging her :T
