Feeling up for it today, full of cold and took myself off to bed after feeding it ridiculously. Still feel lousy, but need to get back on track in a big way. 5 weeks today I will be on that plane, I WILL be a stone lighter than I am now.

The other 2 girlies coming have started their diets now, so I really need to keep on top of this. One is eating well but less, one is doing Celebrity slim. Desparately need my happy clappies.

Well done on starting Jacci, keep up the good work!!

i'm having a torturous time...... had a choc shake with extra fibre 89 this morning which is unusual for me as i normally have my tetra at lunchtime but i was so hungry i had a brekkie time shake......

just been in the kitchen at work to get my tetra and i found some cuppasoups... so i thought well i'll have a cuppasoup and see if i can fill up a bit and stave off taking something naughty later..... thinking well whatever this tastes like, it will be nicer than CD soups!! anyway looking at back of packet 100cals, 17g of carbs!!!! so with that i tipped it into the bin, decided it wasn't worth wasting 17g of carbs on a minging ole cuppa soup... i can have a bag of crisps if i wanted to take in 17gs of carbs! (not that i will be having crisps but you know what i mean!!)

So i've just had my tetra... and am going to have a cuppa tea....

wearing new trousers today, feel tight and tummy feels sore... i wonder if TOTM is coming... probably about due
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Ok I have been to the CD lady, got all the stuff and ready to start 2moro.

Am not happy with the CD lady tho :(

Reading in the book she gave me, it says the CD counsellor will inform my doctor, she didn't take any details of my GP.

I have only been given 20 shakes/soups, I reckon I should have enough for 3 shakes per day, over 7 days so should be 21??

Also in the book it said on the sole source I should be given another booklet with more info, I didn't get one.

In the book it says to drink 2.25 litres/4 pints, she told me to drink 4 litres???

So I don't know whether I should carry on with her or find another one. Are the above points important?

    Not feeling too confident :(

When you signed up you should have had to do a health questionaire. At the bottom of this forum you have to write your doctors address before you sign. If this form isnt completed by you and then signed you shouldnt really be allowed to purchase CD meals.

You should have 3 a day and therfore 21 a week. The only way you wouldnt is if you weigh the day before you usually do but then you will be having a 6 days week iyswim.

I have the main yellow one and then you should have got a pink SS plan one. Each time you work up the plans you get a new book according to my CDC. regards to the water the standard 'have to' drink is 2.5litres... 4litres from nothing/very little is a bit excessive. Only drink over the 2.5 if you feel you body needs it.
So I don't know whether I should carry on with her or find another one. Are the above points important?

Thats up to you Tig, are there many others in your area? Maybe you can phone them and let them know what happend and you can see what they say. The thing that is crying out to me is if she is inconsistant with these relitively small things what about the 'bigger' things. I think if you do change I would do it sooner rather than later because after you have done a few weeks it may be a little 'strange' going to someone new.
