    Hi all, am looking forward to starting CD but am worrying about the meal out on the 27th, do I start CD and have a blip or will it not do my any good having a meal out after being on CD?

    tigs, just start. You will find 101 reasons to not start, Go for it!!!
  • Tig I would start and try and have the meal as a CD meal. When you recieve your book you will see what I mean. Also let you CDC know that you cant get out of it and ask her what you can eat. Its generally white meat or whit fish or tuna or quorn or cottage cheese with selected veg/salad. Obviously it means no starter/dessert but it means you can still be ggod. Plus if you are already in ketosis please dont drink alcohol at all as it can be fatel in some cases.

    Tig you should get a yellow book that contains all the plans and some recipies. If for some reason you dont get given one, ask for one as they are fab. If you explain to her about your meal she should be able to advise. This diet should be able to suit you, its a drastic diet so it needs to be flexible with you.

    Just start. I did the same thing in my first week but told the CDC that I would be eating. You will still lose but just not so much as you would have.

    You will lose roughly a stone a month! How exciting is that!!!!!!
