We have a rule here that you have to bring sweets back for the office when you go on holiday. We have a returnee today.

Half lb off Half lb on, half lb off half lb on....

Black coffee and more water i think

nah! have the coffee babes, foreign sweets are never very nice anyway!

Hi everyone. Hope you are all doing ok. You've probably all forgotten who I am by now.

Anyways, still on the diet and am doing ok at the moment. seem to be losing 2/3lbs a week. I haven't read back, so don't know if everyone still comes on here (apart from Maz and Duncan).

Watched the biggest loser tonight and I cried when I saw them all looking gorgeous after their makeovers and when their partners/friends came I was practically blupping all over the place.

    Hi all

I have been good all the time.... but stayed the same week 2 (when weighed on Saturday). Nightmare. Very frustrated. Hoping for a big drop this Saturday for week 3 weigh-in. On the plus side, I am now sitting in a size 14 dress instead of 16 or 18. :T

    Love Shoes

ps sorry for absence- internet finally back now

    Hi guys

    just a quick look in,

i've not been sticking to the diet, but i've not been eating anything.

We have had a bit of a family crisis, and it has upset me, and knocked me all out of sink.

I've lost a bit of weight but most of it is all down to stress.

I'm going to try and read up on you all now, and see what you've all been upto.

    Hi all :hello:

I'm going to see a CD counseller on Tues, I weigh 13st and I'm 5ft 2.My BMI is 33 and ideally should be 22. I am hopeless on diets so I feel CD would work for me as it would take away the choice. I am concerned about it and how I'll cope with it, but am sure with the help of you guys and the CD counseller I'll be ok.

Only thing is we have a meal out planned for the 27th, been arranged for ages and we're really looking forward to it, if I eat whilst on CD does it set me back ages?? Is it really bad to eat?

Anyway, will have a read through on here and will let you all know how I get on on Tues x

I'll be honest here on this thread because not a lot of people read this thread, probably only the ones who want to do the diet, or some who read a lot of posts but this is me, chris09 is me
