    Hi Guys

nice to see some weight loss

i've not done it for the past few days.

i may try and get back on track tomorrow

Regarding my other post, life is still s**t
the tears haven't dried up yet, and sleep is a thing of the past.
And our baby just keeps asking his dad when can he come home, he asks every night when he speaks to him.......some people have a lot to answer for.
  • Chris I am reading about your journey... I hope things improve soon.

Lost 2.5lb this week :o Pants... Anyways going alone for two weeks again now, as my lift is working late this sunday so I wont be weighed untill the 28th now :j Need to get back ontop of my 3l water :T

Hope you are all having a great Monday :A

    hey pap, 2.5lbs is good!

How much overall now? 27? pretty good going when you think of it!

    next week will be more....

i'm back in the zone, i've been lenient with myself but i want to get back into the right frame of mind again... was definitely being too easy on myself and having a little of what i fancied, so no more... 100% day for me today i can just feel it!

I've been lucky that i've not gained so nipping it in the bud now.......

if i'm strict all week, i can be a little bit relaxed in Leeds at the weekend.
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Isnt it wierd how we've all lost motivation at the same time

I really must try harder :o

Maz, I finally managed to pick up your parcel hun. Thanks so much :kisses3:

Pap, well done on 2.5lbs hun !!!
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

  • Thanks Maz, I am happy yes 27lb in 6 weeks is amazing. It averages about 4.5lb a week which is fabby. However I know this week could have been better if it wasnt totm and I hadnt let the water intake slide. I think the two week weighin works for me because I a syched up on the first week and on the second I know wi is coming up. Lets hope the next wi is 8lb :j

:T Glad to see your mojo is back... just think 5more days at 100% and then you can have a treat before seeing your new cdc. Do you know if cdhq has done anything about the other cdc?

Goodluck with your 100% day, report back :j

Hi everyone. Maz, you can't be too far away from your target weight now? I had a naughty Saturday, BBQ wine and cakes but was good on Sunday so have managed to stay at target weight. I've just been happy to sit at target and have a little of what I fancy but its time to start counting the calories and try and get the extra half stone off that I would like so that I can stay safely in the 10s.
