Ate healthy today apart from a couple of Starburst sweets. One minute they were looking at me, the next minute they were gone. So better have an embarrassed face. Must try harder! Looking back it was easier to be in control on the shakes!!!!

Hello! A happy clappy for me today please Finch! Still need to have my third packet for the day, think i'll have a banana shake now. Quick question from me, I can honestly hand on heart say that i haven't been 100% only 6 days out of nearly 8 weeks, and sometimes on one of those days it has only been a slice of ham that's let me down. But my question is, does anybody else find that they're NEVER in ketosis???? I'm rarely hungry anymore and i am losing weight, slowly though. But i've only ever had a pee stick turn anything other than skintone maybe 4 or 5 times, and i've been testing everyday! I'm not too bothered cos i am losing weight, but i think it's just weird that i am being so good and following the rules and i can't get that sought after pink/purple!! Anybody else feel like they're peeing into the wind as it were? :rotfl:
    Still to go: 24lbs

I never had the pee sticks! Wouldn't worry about it if you are losing weight!

    Day 1 for me.....

Had a vanilla shake for breakfast, I have a ready made choc shake for lunch here at work until I can buy a shaker as not able to bring in my hand whisk.

I'm hoping I don't start feeling hungry as a colleague is back from hols and has brought back some yummy looking chocs...

    :rolleyes:Sorry Goldy, I need a pink face.

I know there's no excuses, but was doing OK, got home felt a bit ill, Full of cold, had my arm implant changed was sore, and feeling very sorry for myself.

Had a major !!!! up with my holiday, TC cancelled my return flight, so had to sort that out, got the auditors in work.........

Really felt lousy and hubby cooked a great big cumberland sausage, there was some left, he asked if I wanted some, I said NO, twice.

    But then I ate it,
Bol!ocks, Sorry, let everyone down on the first day.

Must try harder, must try harder

i can't believe you've not dropped any dress sizes yet Pap?! 2 stone gone should surely show something.... just cause you're still wearing the same clothes doesn't mean you are still the same size...

get thee down the shops for a trying on session! methinks you may be smaller than you think!!!

you don't have to buy, just try some on!
