On to more important matters. I've been in the hospital all day! After several hours of waiting Miss Chloe Alice Bond popped in to the world at 6.57pm EST. Weighing 7lb6 and weighing 21.5 inches. Mother and daughter are doing great. Father is a blubbering emotional mess. But there's nothing new there!
:j Oh Neil, how wonderful, what lovely news, I'm so happy for you :j
Many, many congratulations to you and your better half and little Chloe (lovely name)

any sign of a recovery before next tuesday??0 -
Euro debt makes dollar look good though they arent really. UK has to pay for Greece maybe or possibly lose what we already gave
I dont think its coming back that quick, just waiting to see how fatal the sell off is, 1.614 was quite an important level next target if that is ignored would be 1.597 or lows of MarchSterling Index At 1300 GMT (JAN 2005=100) INDEX GBP/USD EUR/GBP PREVIOUS CLOSE 79.4 1.6256 0.8791 OPEN 79.6 1.6167 0.8746 10 AM 79.5 1.6144 0.8758 NOON 79.5 1.6128 0.8751 2 PM 79.3 1.6111 0.8770 4 PM June 16, 2011 09:00 ET (13:00 GMT)

Congratulations
1.614 held the line today so also some good news. Greek agreement was supposed to be monday but now unknown0 -
Not good!
Down to 1.5947 at the moment... and still falling...0 -
I agree with: this guy Roughly in that the (regular) gains since the election may be over. Maybe wait for end of June but a recovery is unlikely now (near term)
Dollar is not especially stronger, pound was supposed to follow Euro in at least hinting at a rate rise which they havent. Places like Australia offer like 5% so they dump us now.
This is no surprise to me, our financial peeps are biased to american thinking, they are pretty useless. They make the French look toughtarget around the 1.5750 price region.
Possibly right but I wait for month end. It must hold todays lowest prices at least0 -
1.599?
