Hi all. Quick question (perhaps for WikiBeedia ;))

My friend is on Ml and is now on the SMP bit (she has been for a few weeks). Previously she worked part time and did a salary sacrifice for £243 of childcare vouchers. I thought that her employer HAD to give her the same £243 when on ML as well as her SMP. Is this right? Can someone point me in the direction of something I can read on it please...?
I have no idea about the vouchers but I remember somone a while back saying they needed to cancel them or something while on SMP
I'd try the Childcare vouchers thing on the main site or the thread attached and direct gov Expecting or bringing up children : Directgov

    hi efrieze,
she is entitled to receive them on maternity but only if she is onyl receiving SMP, they are entitled to deduct it if they are offering her any kind of enhanced maternity benefit, let me see what info i can find for you....

OOh, OH is out of hospital again. Hope this time he will be ok. Didn't know what to do with myself last night, as no rushing around to go hospital visiting.

Oh and i want one of those "take off buggies" from the Apprentice. But £175.00 in mothercare. Don't think so. When's the next baby show in Manchester. Won't really need one for the next year or so?
