If you are feeling particularly indulgent use demerara sugar and a teaspoon of golden syrup instead of white sugar
I do this too, the nicest way to eat the nicest porridge!

Hi guys,
Just wondered if anyone has any easy recipes using evaporated milk. I have looked in the index and most seem to be for Condensed milk! (Typical for me to have the alternative!) Was thinking if it was possible to use in a bread & butter pudding? Something like that, or cookies?!
Any suggestions welcome!

Evap is great for B&B pudding and rice pudding, just dilute with water, usually says how much water to add on the tin, then use as fresh milk. Super creamy puds!0
