Oh and I forgot to say that last time I was in Morrisons they were selling trays with tiny containers of milk in, like the ones you get in the cafes, but these were evaporated milk, so they might be better for you if you dont like waste.:hello: :wave: please play nicely children !0

You can leave it in the fridge until really cold and whip it up until really frothy - make up a lime jelly with only 1/2 the liquid and leave to cool - mix the jelly and evap milky froth and it makes a lovely cheesecake type pud.Kondo'ed 76 items from wardrobe, 4 carrier bags of books0

This is what I do, but I use any jelly that I have lying about. Its lovely. My Nan has been making this pudding for years. V Old style0 -

thank you for your ideas, I used to have it on jelly as a child but thought it would be nice on pineapple and meringue. by the time I picked up the dish the meringue had disappeared!
If you have it with tinned pineapple it will curdle and separate and be disgusting (childhood memory!). Don't know about fresh pineapple but I assume its the same as I think its due to an enzyme in the pineapple.
I'd put it in a rice pudding - makes it a lot creamier than just using ordinary milk.0 -
Yup I'm with the rice pud folk it's lurverly and creamy, I add a few sulltanas to my puds and they go lovely and plump with the cooking.0
