SEROUSLY Overcharged on Postage by Seller....
Comments

Has the OP checked the Royal Mail web site to see if the recorded delivery item is showing as being delivered? As we know so many recorded items don't have this filled in, I'd be very tempted, considering the tone of the final email received from the seller, to put in a Item Not Recieved claim.
I'm not condoning this course of action, but it might make the seller think twice about refunding the overcharged postage.0 -
