It's likely that they received a large number of repots after being "featured" on here. Most likely as being a business seller not displaying their contact details.

If they are indeed NARU'd, then no feedback can be left, negative or otherwise.

I might be missing something, but that user has no feedback at all. They could have been NARU for years.

My criticism was aimed in both directions:

I quote you because you made those three comments on one thread. It does not hurt to be polite, even if you don't like/agree with the other poster.

ok Uktyler fair point. I made a couple of jibes but only because this guy follows me around like a bad smell aiming this bizarre "mr mitty" jibe at me every time he sees me post a comment on these boards.

Perhaps you might get annoyed with me if i started following you around making petty little jibes at you?

But fair comment, it was a bit childish to retaliate, i'll try to ignore it in future.

The exact same thing has just happened to me. I bought a top that stated delivery would be 1st class recorded, we'll ignore the fact for a minute that they were charging £7.97 for it which was very high but I was willing to pay that for the security, and I had it shoved through my letter box at 8am this morning by my mail man, having been delivered standard 2nd class post at the cost of £2.16!!!

I've contacted the seller who has blamed it on the woman at the post office not knowing what she was doing as they paid for the parcel online first and the woman "wasn't good with technology"!!! They stated they won't be paying online before hand because of this error but offered me no money back. I then politely emailed them back saying that it's nice they've learnt from the mistake and won't be using it again but that does still leave me out of pocket having not go the service I was promised. I've now been told the same, to go and whistle for my money!

I've now got firm and told them that if I hadn't paid for the item they would have chased me through paypal and ebay as it was a breach of contract, what they've done is no different and I didn't get the service that was promised. I've told them they can either refund me or I can ask paypal to get the money back for me.
I'm now waiting to see what their responce is!

(sorry that went on a bit I'm just a tad annoyed at the moment!!!)

As it happens, I did e-mail her again this evening suggesting I'd listen to a sensible compromise...she responded within a few minutes instructing me to " Go and F$$K yourself, and take it up with eBay if you think they'll even bother, you stupid C**T "

I'll take it up with eBay and Paypal regarding her blatant lies and mis-selling....and neg her to warn others of her game.

I would def neg her now after that comment.

I had a simillar situation a month ago, sellers listing and blurb stated 1st class recorded, sent 2nd standard making her a lot on postage, i emailed asking for a refund of only the 72p recorded charge, or whatever it was at the time and got a response saying it was an error on that listing only, blatent lie as every listing she had said the smae thing, she never even apologised, after that i got several very rude emails from her, i had only replied and said it wasnt the cost i was quering it was the service i got.

    she got two negative feedbacks.

I'm an ebay seller and when you list your item you have to state that what you put is correct.

If they have put on their listing they will send recorded and they haven't then you can either put in a claim to ebay or a claim to paypal for being charged too much for postage.

I work out my postage on Royal Mail website and then charge an extra 50p for the packaging envelope. A lot of sellers put extra on to make up for items selling at 99p which is very unfair.

    Good luck with this x
Saving for my baby fund, not much in it yet so any information you can give will be much appreciated!

If she's saying it was a mistake - what do her other auctions say? 2nd class recorded, or special delivery?

i would try to open a dispute with paypal and ebay you can do both under item recieved not as stated then i would leave her neg feedback what everyone is missing on here is what would of happened if the tickets had gone astray? you would then have a greater amount to try to claim back, and the inconvieniance of it all the seller seems to be doing this to all her customers and if she states that it will be special delivery she must provide it as her auction is a binding agreement between you and her and she is making a lot of money for 10 people wh she sells to thats a £40 proffit!!!

But they didn't, did they? And if they did go astray, PayPal would find in the Op's favour, regardless of how the seller posted them as long as the tracking info does not confirm reciept.

I did e-mail her just before posting this thread....she's already answered saying she meant to put " 2nd Class Recorded Delivery " NOT SPECIAL Delivery..... and since it's a genuine error she has no intention of refunding me anything at all. ( I'd guessed this might be the case ).

I've pointed out her other auctions all say the same...so it looks like it's a stunt she pulls every time.

If it was indeed a genuine error has she changed all her current auctions?

Given the email she's sent you now I would definitely make a complaint.
