Sorry if this has been asked tonnes of times :o How come some people get loads of signature space and I can't? 4.gif When I go to add more wins I'm told my signature is too long but then I see someone else's much longer than mine 7.gif

    Thanks :)

You can have up to 350 characters I think. Annoyingly I can't fit any more of my wins into my sig now as it's maxed out! :(
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j
  • i know this is probably the wrong place to post this message but i was not sure where to post it.

    i sent this e-mail to battery-force.co.uk

hello,i sent an e-mail to you a couple of weeks ago and never got a reply,so i thought i would try again.back in early december i won a pack of batteries on your promotion competition and i still haven't recieved them.
    > many thanks

this is the reply-what a load of rubbish!

    Dear Hayley,

Thank you for getting in touch. You probably did not receive a reply from your previous email as it states in our Terms and Conditions with the Prize Draw there will be no correspondence entered into.

We have checked your order and can see that we did send out the FREE batteries to you but unfortunately the package was returned via Royal Mail to us with a red labelled attached stating 'Royal Mail are unable to deliver this item because the address is inaccessible'.

Unfortunately as this was a promotional relating order we are unable to redeliver the batteries to you. If you would like to continue to enter our daily prize draw please click on the link below to view:

If we can be of any help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,
    Battery Force Customer Care

You may want to remove the smileys - I would think they take up more than 1 character space.
    Thank you all who post.

That doesn't seem fair at all.

A similar thing happened to me back at the end of last year when I won a portable DVD player with Ginsters. It was sent via Royal Mail but for reasons unknown was sent back to sender. Ginsters sent it again to me and it did eventually arrive.

Royal Mail are terrible though. I would contact your local Royal Mail office first telling them what has happened etc.
  • I agree, what a pile of pants! They should have offered to resend it to you just as a goodwill gesture rather than stating 'terms and conditions' at you. Grrr!

Bu**er all to do with Royal Mail. I often have to take back mail that I cannot deliver because I can't get access to a letterbox.
