    Hello...
I wonder if anyone could help?
I think I saw something to do with a forum that is for people who want people to rate their comp entries? Is that right?
I have a photo shortlisted on comp and wondered how I could ask people very nicely to take the time to rate it?

Thank you so muh in advance and I'm very sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place.

    Rachel :)

    Hi all

Sorry if this has been asked before but I've searched and can't find anything obvious.

I won a competition with Glamour magazine for £500 of vouchers for Simply Yours, received an email telling me this and that I should get my prize within 30 days. 30 days has well passed and I emailled them and the guy said he'd chase up the promoter and email back in the middle of Feb, so I have done and I've not heard anything back.

I'm starting to think the comp was a bit of a swizz and I just wondered if other compers normally received their prizes from Glamour, and if I have no luck getting it if there was anywhere I could go for help, like some kind of monitoring agency that I could complain to?

Sorry for the small essay :)

thanks in advance for any help :D

I received a prize from glamour but it just turned up, I wasn't notified that i had won

    Hi dream109 :)
There's a thread for 'vote for me' in the referrals section here if this is what you mean? There's not a lot of peeps go in that section though. HTH
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

  • hi sorry if this has been asked before but i wondered if there was anywhere we could do a prize swap shop, quite a few winners cannot use their prize for different reasons so it would be a good way of passing on to others and receiving something useful in return. Any thoughts anyone or is it a daft idea lol.

This has been suggested before but I think it was felt that it would not be safe to reveal personal details to strangers online.
