Experian primarily but also Equifax as a back-up if they don't get the exact info from Experian.

It is true mate - at the end of the day you can chase them and it happens straight away. The rolling register is a monthly update, if the CRA's don't do it then really it is for you to chase up.
Regards CallCredit, really don't worry cos nobody uses them for main searches now, that monument stopped issuing cards.2010 - year of the troll

That's a little harsh mate. I think you're bang out of order coming back after you were last here 2 months ago, trying to dictate that we dump this thread in favour of the original longer, harder to find thread just cos Noah has been away for 6 weeks! Hasn't he just had a kid?
This thread is less pages long and easier to navigate and so personally i'll be sticking to this one keeping it alive, until at least Noah comes back and relinquishes the reins himself.

Couldn't agree more. I for one will continue to use this thread. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Ah the illustrious n-i-d,
One of the reasons I said to noah to take over the CRA thread was that I knew I wouldn't be on for a while and wouldn't be able to keep it up to date, unfortunately the thread has been left unrefreshed for over 2 months so I don't think it's 'harsh' to take it back over since I put in a fair amount of work to start and maintain it in the first place. I'm not prepared to let it go to pot.
I'm not dictating anything, you can do as you like! As for being easier to navigate, I'm not quite with you since all the useful data is on post #1 which is where the majority of people needing such data will head straight to.
Forum users are free to visit whichever thread they choose, but should be aware that this thread may well go out of date because it is not being maintained.

I've just spoken to Co-op mortgages on the phone, asking outright which CRA they search for applications.
The answer was Experian.
The lady also mentioned that they will not accept CCJs or Bankruptcies though.
