Does anyone know which agency will be checked for a Santander Credit Card? Either the Zero or other one on the Abbey website.

Experian mate but save your time they are garbage - best do it in branch for better service.

If I was going to apply it would be in a branch with my Passport, but I will look around for a better bank. I called the BOI today just to make sure I can have a card being on the "mainland" and they said it is fine and to go ahead and apply on line.

BOI are hard to get though, bear that in mind..... a couple on here (me included) had to appeal before getting such luxuries :D:D

But boy is the gold card smart even though its black.....

Thanks again, I might just wait it out for a bit and see how my finance go. I do not really need the credit it is for the green 0's. I have a current account, a credit card and just got a contract usb modem connection. So this will all help build it up. Also I need to get on the electoral roll.

Mate do not apply to BOI if you're not on E/R - they will auto decline and cannot win on appeal. Same as Post Office, they are notoriously hard if you don't appear on the E/R....

I'm surprised you have what you have without being on it lol

How long does it take for your E/R status to be updated on your credit file? I registered about 2 weeks ago.
