Credit Reference Agencies - Really Use Who UPDATE II

I have 4 accounts as you know and all 4 searches are Experian..nothing..unrecorded or otherwise on Equifax or Call credit... The account conduct is reported though..
Also...043775..just out of curiousity..on an earlier post you said that you can use Jacamo account number to sign into Jd Williams sites..YOU CAN'T..tried it yesterday and today...NOT an associated brand on credit accounts
Mate, for an employee, 043775 doesn't seem to be getting much right so I have already ruled out the obvious - if 043775 is an employee then i'm god! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I mean have you ever heard anything like it - invisible searches that they can do without us, the data subject knowing about? hahahahaha2010 - year of the troll

I dont think your understanding.
JD Williams can use all 3 CRAs im not saying they do in every case.
They might go for some customer but not others.
The only reason invisble credit search was mentioned so to speak was mentioned was becuase I used to work at Lloyds and in the system it used to have a function to credit search without footprinting.

Mate the two people you quoted are both well known and liked on here and trust me, neither would agree with what you're saying. Brian has more JD accounts than humanly possible and Noah is a mate who also knows the way they work and trusts our judgement as we also know how it works - evidently more than you do!2010 - year of the troll

AMEX and V12 Finance do invisible searches, I have been informed by AMEX that this is normal and legal, V12 who approved me for over £1000 in finance, quoted all of my credit accounts and my CIFAS during security, no credit search from either.
If it was illegal then they would not do it, anyway, this is a good thing, less foot-prints on our files eh?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

I still doubt its validity mate but I don't doubt you, now i'm just curious to see what the ICO say about it cos it isn't right - nowhere in any terms do we authorise 'invisible searches'.
However, I do agree with the concept of it if they were used the right way, but knowing most lenders they will abuse it and perform full searches against us without knowledge?
I am reading the ICO guidance and it always refers to 'authorised searches' and unauthorised searches must be noted by way of footprints. I cannot see any provision for these invisible searches mate - this could open a can of worms.....
Sorry i'll rephrase from legal to lawful.2010 - year of the troll
