Not strictly true, under Sale of Goods Act, the seller has a responsibility for faulty parts for up to 6 years - different parts have different life spans. It is also the sellers responsibility to cover the costs of collection and return.0

This may be the case legally (I dont know) but I dont fancy the chance of getting the International call centres to agree to it when you have a problem on your 5 year old laptop which neds collection!0 -
