    Has anyone returned their Dell under the DSR ?

    I'd like to know how they are with it and what costs are incurred, but from someone who has actual experience of doing so not from speculation :)

    It might sound stupid but are you sure they put a DVD drive in this, not just a CDRW?

    I ordered mine on Sunday and checked the Dell Order Status page yesterday. It was showing anticipated delivery on or before the 29th.
    I checked again today and it was showing as despatched :eek:
    Mind you, I've just looked at the UPS tracking page and it's been scanned out of Shannon and Scanned into Cologne :confused:
    I'd say it will have clocked up a few miles before it reaches London :rotfl:

    Mines now got back to Stansted. Its had a better holiday than I have.

    Got mine - ordered Saturday - delivered yesterday (Tuesday).

    OH snaffled it immediately and refuses to give it back!!!

    I knew I should've ordered two!

    Mine arrived yesterday, well pleased with it so far :j . Does anyone know how I can make a dvd play full screen as it only seems to play in a rectangle in the middle and not full size.
