I picked up the latest Clubcard Deals booklet and the info on the double up scheme says that only the Wine & Champange and Flowers, plants & gardening vouchers are only available until 30th Sept 09.
So all the others appear to be here to stay, which are;
Clothing
Cosmetics, skincare & fragrance
Toys
Baby & toddler
Tesco Mobile Network Top up
Instant Travel Insurance
Instant Breakdown cover
It also says in the terms;
Reward tockens are valid for 3months from date of issue.
The expiry date is printed on the token.
Tokens must be used in conjunction with your Clubcard.
More than 1 token can be used in a single transaction, however the total cost of products purchased, including any discounts must equal or exceed the value of the tokens used.
Any refunds of purchases made using tokens will be equivalent to the clubcard voucher originally exchanged.

Wouldn't it have been easier to buy a pair of tights or some baby mitts for about £1 and donate them to charity. That way you could have got your swimsuit.
I agree with that too, seems daft to go to all that effort to choose something them just walk out with out it. The hair bobbles etc and jewellery are in the offer too, loads of bits there for a £1 or so.0 -
Just had a lovely phone call from Tesco as I had written to them re opting out of the Xmas club. The lady apologised to me as I had been given the wrong info, I can in fact opt out now and my vouchers will be sent on Monday. She also informed me that this promotion is on-going although every so often they may change what you can use your double up points on. That's good news.0

We don't shop at Tesco anymore, as we think the quality, range and general service has fallen a lot in recent years.
We do have a Tesco Credit Card though and save the points to pay for RAC cover and our usual magazine subscriptions.
One query though, has it always been 1 point for every £4 spent on their credit card? I was sure it was 1 point for every £2, even that isn't great.
I may have to look for a better rewards credit card, and a way of getting RAC cover cheaper.
Anyone have any experience of Sainsbury credit cards? They appear to give 1 point for every £2.
Or do Asda do a rewards scheme and credit card? We shop there online now.
Works out much worse than the tesco scheme but the choice of rewards is better0 -
Does anyone have confirmation of how many points you get with the credit card? I've got a purple one, not finest though, and I know it was always 1 for every £2, must have had it 6 or 7 years now. I've not seen anything to tell me it has changed but I note all their advertising now says 1 for every £4.
I rung clubcard who told me I needed to speak to tesco personal finance, so rang them and they told me I needed to speak to clubcard! So not much help there.
I've got no actual proof but judgeing by the amount of points i get compared to my credit card spend, it is definitely still 1 point per £2 spent0 -
I have received an email from Tesco with the subject as above. Checked their website, it states that £5 of vouchers can be exchanged for 2x£5 reward tokens. One reward token can then be used per grocery order.
I could not find full terms and conditions of this offer. In particular, I would be interested to know if a £5 reward token can be used together with a discount code starting with XX on the same grocery order. (If not, grocery reward tokens are next to useless - typically one can get an £5 discount code valid on online groceries without using any clubcard points.) Anyone with any information?0 -
Has anyone still not got their clubcard statement yet.
I've not recieved mine so far.0 -

Seriously though, have you actually looked at the quality of the clothes in Tesco? They are really well made, last for ages compared to clothes bought on the high st and are sold at really good prices. I for one will be taking advantae of this deal.
I really cant believe that there is NOTHING at all that takes your fancy on the deals front.
I cant get enough points for everything I want to use them for !
Do you not read magazines?
Do you not go on holidays?
Do you not fancy the odd stay in a hotel?
Do you not drive and could make use of the RAC cover?
Do you not drink?
Do you not like theme parks or family days out?
Do you not like eating out?
Do you not like jewelerry?
I could go on and on. I have made use of most of the above over the past few years and it has given our family lots of treats we normally couldnt afford. While Mr T keeps giving the points..I shall keep making use of them.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600
