OK, here we go:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-17482081.html
If you look at it with property bee you can see they dropped the price to 140k-160k back in September, but last month put it back up to £155k-170k
Yes,thats the one,wow another who asking more for their home. I'm not a user of property bee,I've read how it works,thanks.0 -
What an attitude, tell them to shove their overpriced house up there hoop, theres a lot better out there!0

I'm expecting that the estate agents will call for some feedback on what I thought of the houses I viewed today,as 2 I viewed at end were with just the sellers, and those sellers were not rude.0

They'll never sell it with that red living room."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I don't know why but this note about bedroom 3 made me smile.
"please note the vendor has stripped wall paper from the walls in readiness for the new owners to redecorate"0 -
I don't know what house prices are like in that area but you don't seem to get a lot for your £155k.
Also, shouldn't it be described as a mid-terrace?
I'm with other folk on this thread. The seller's attitude stinks. They don't deserve to get a buyer being aggressive to folk like that.
I'd just keep this one on the back burner and keep looking if it were me.0 -

I would assume that any house described as a terrace was 'mid-terrace', and would look for the words 'end-terrace' for anything not in the middle.0 -
