I'd not have looked at it:
    - sun is in the front, meaning it's likely the back garden is mostly/solely in the shade. (Although I just did the virtual tour and it does seem bright at the back)
    - mid terrace - can you get rubbish out from the back garden without going through the house
    - rendering will want painting/updating every few years, lot of effort/cost
    - not really into that window style
    - roof looks like it could need attention soon
  • I don't know what house prices are like in that area but you don't seem to get a lot for your £155k.

Also, shouldn't it be described as a mid-terrace?

I'm with other folk on this thread. The seller's attitude stinks. They don't deserve to get a buyer being aggressive to folk like that.

I'd just keep this one on the back burner and keep looking if it were me.

Yes,the prices are high, not much at all for anything around £150K,the houses all need some cash spent on them once moved in too, past the actual general decorating or carpets/flooring.
  • They'll never sell it with that red living room.

I saw a house today and 1 bedroom had a black wall with red gloss.

I thought it's supposed to be desperate times, and sellers are really going to all lengths to sell their home and make it as presentable as possible.

It was about the best size wise I've seen,in last few weeks,I've viewed 11 houses. If I go any better, then I just can't afford.
The roof doesn't look that great,I imagine a new roof very expensive.
No,there no back way for rubbish, and some part of the fence had collapsed down,I don't know who the fence belongs to,if not his, then it been left like that by the empty house next door that I also viewed.

Just going keep going and looking,am renting at moment, luckily in a house in good condition,we consider ourselves lucky of situation we are in.

If it's the one also on Ward & Partners,I've seen it,it's too small,1 of the bedroom is very small and can get in there a single bed and not a lot else!

I got a 3rd child on the way,and the house I rent at moment from housing association is 2 bedrooms and bedroom wise,I'm more space.
If it's the same house I looked at you mentioned of,it was 1 the nicest but shame about the 3rd bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms were not amazing sizes, just wish the 3rd one been a touch bigger.
I only been looking a few weeks.

I hate the price ranges of Ward and Partners.

Makes me want to bid 20% lower than the bottom price.
