    Morning all

The scales - they almost well for a milisecond - went under the magic 9 stone figure :):):):)

Then of course they didn't they stuck at 9st 0 - but I started off this month between 9-7 and 9-10

So I have almost absolutely lost nearly half a stone -shhhhhhhh I don't want it back - can this all really be due to drinking/not drinking? I am still eating like a pig (normal)

SOrry chaps - not weight obsessed just happy :)

Aside this still bleary eyed and a bit krackered the whole time :)

Waves to you all dashing off out into the field then the chain is on the laptop :)

    Morning all

Well, I'm back. Have my wobbly fit but I'm over it now. Probably won't post loads but am going to try and aim for a fairly AF June. Will work out a target over next couple of days.

Fay - that weight loss is great! I've put on tons, probably due to the drink and what I eat AFTER drinking. I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life. Got off the scales and felt like crying. Got to do something about it. So back on a healthy regime today.

Budgie - sorry to have gone awol mid way through your stint as scorer. Am I still allowed to vote ??;)

    Miss P

Oh that sounds familiar!!! Usually with me its toast. And its got to stop. Talking to my Mum a minute ago she said she'd noticed I'd put a lot of weight on and was trying to work out how to put it politely to me!

Any idea on low cal breakfasts??? I'm starving!!!
