I nearly didn't post tonight. But now i have LOL

20 days AF. Headaches returned. I'm not dehydrated so i just can't understand it. Still, I'll keep at it. Not spoken to my bro today so i don't know how he's doing. Seemed to be struggling yesterday.

Shouldn't have posted i have nothing to say.

I am so sorry but I have been typing my post all blimming night and I have lost it :mad: Thats the post and my head.

So guys you will now be in receipt to the shortest Budgie post yet. To be honest I feel so frustrated and upset. I have trawled through history to no avail. So needless to say there was alot of personal messages which I cannot sadly get back or have the time to do again.

Annie, I had a dreadful headache all day y'day after having two 5-HTPs on Monday night. I'm sure I must be allergic to them - wonder if anyone else has had headache with these??
