    Hi Mari

    Good advice cardboard chewer

To be honest sunny days don't make me think of drinking, don't like sitting outside with a glass of something, rather think

    - great I can do ...............and get on with lots of things I want to outside - but maybe its because of my location ? ie its cold here normally so sunny days are seen as something amazing that shouldnt be 'spoilt' with alcohol and I get a headache so much quicker.....

I mean even after a couple - can you appreciate a nice sunny day?

Sunny days and alcohol just make me feel blergh - rather have a nice cold drink as suggested above :)

    Good afternoon everyone,
I fell off the wagon last night, well it was more of a head dive into a wine bottle and boy have i suffered today. I thought i was being clever by going to bed early, but i ended up waking up really early, managed to scrape through work though and just had an afternoon kip. ;)It will be AF for the next couple of days for the next lot of uni work. Feeling positive though, just need to get my head stuck into work, the final lap is always the hardest.
    congrats on the AFD's everyone:D

Well done on 17AFD:D I have a CD that I got from a hypnotherapy session, that's brill for just chilling out and great to fall asleep to. It was expensive cause i paid for a hypnotherapy session, but it has been money well spent. I would agree with Fay and try the library, at least to try differing ones before you buy.

I am going to be stepping off the wagon tomorrow for the weekend. Away for a bit next week too and eating out so it will be quite hard, but I hope to manage another 1 or 2 AFD's before the month is out

Good luck everyone who is staying on the wagon. I have made more space for you ;)
