I might order that 'Overcoming Problem Drinking' book from Amazon it sounds helpful.

I bought lots of fizzy drinks and fruit juice today and I'm going to have that in the garden this evening. I need ice cubes but I couldn't find any ice cube trays in the shops. Where do they sell them?:p

Thanks Fluffy, I was sorely tempted earlier but have managed to resist so far today. Hope things pick up on the job score for everyone. Trying to remember there are no solutions at the bottom of the bottle and tomorrow I will just be annoyed at myself for drinking too much.

I had the same problem last week. All I could find were ice cube bags in the pound shop (fill them up with water, tie the top and freeze them - avoids dripping water :-) Ebay or Amazon might be your best bet.

22 days for me now and 7 lb weight loss! I am pleased.

No 5 htp and no headaches. Hmmmmm. I will risk the 5 htp again tomorrow and hope there is no return of them.

Pouring rain all day so i can't get to my veg Grrrrr. I am sure the birds are telling each other where my beetroot are.

I'm AF tonight, no probz cos playing tennis tomorrow and can't cope if I've even a slight hangover. BUT only two non-AFDs left this month - eeek :eek:

I'm going to be AF tomorrow evening - Saturday, that'll be a real challenge, really changing behaviour there. :rolleyes: I've promised myself some wine Sunday evening. BIL and new, attractive girlfriend coming on Sunday afternoon, so the way I'm going to surge the urge is by telling myself that I'll look a lot better and not puffy-faced if I remain AF tomorrow night. :rotfl::rotfl:
