Hi all!
CWM...i eat twiglets as a snack, have been my saviour, maybe ( if i'm lucky ) i'll look like one very soon lol!
Well, weigh in tomorrow, again, hopefully, will have a loss ( 3 lbs would be nice )!! havent been to bad food wise, but not done much exercise tho'.
hubby was out over the bank holiday weekend, so didn'nt get to go swimming, but will defo go this week, i really miss it!!
Still doing my evening job, so that's 2 hours of exercise a night that i would'nt normally get, so it's all on the plus side.
Anyway will log in tomorrow with my weight - wish me luck!!

Morning all,
had the muchies last night and went about 5 points over... because, was looking at old photos and I have to admit I was 10.00 five years ago and now at 11.8 didnt think I looked too different... man was I wrong.. A measly stone and a half what a BIG DIFFERENCE... I dreamt of rats last night too....
Quite contemplative this morning and need to kick my lardy !!! into shape!!
Sorry for the moan!!!
STILL
I will stick to my points today and also dust the crosstrainer in the shed off and try an extra 20 mins a day at home before gym...
PS Has any one had success with the Wendie method of points intake over a week????0 -
Morning slimming peeps!
Just got back from the dreaded weigh in and sorry to say that i've stayed the same this week.
Was really hopeing that i'd lost at least 2/3 pound, but nooooo!
Will have to try harder now, and be really, really good.
Usually have a treat on a friday, to 'celebrate' my loss, so none of that this week!
Had special k and red berries for brekkie which is the norm for me, and think i will have soup for lunch, not sure yet for tea....
Have a good day anyway, catch up with you all next week. good luck to all you having weigh ins too.

shazzle - I read up on the wendie and was thinking about it. I think the thinking behind is is right. I had a couple of bad days this week and a couple of really good and lost 2lbs so may be worth a go.

well it's pouring down outside so i have just done an hour of davina's superbody workout followed by 100 sit ups! i think i might be a little bit sore later :rotfl:
food has been a bit rubbish yesterday and today so far, weekends always let me down and with totm fast approaching i feel like i am bloating like one of them puffa fish!
going to try my best to have a healthy dinner of salmon and veg tonight and resist the cold bottle of pinot grigiot in my fridge.
hope everyone is having a good weekend.0 -
Hello all hope you've all had a good saturday xxx
I've been at work all day today so not much chance for exercise. I did my Davina DVD on thursday night and ouchhhhhh my legs and bum are killing me :rotfl: so its obviously done me some good. My weigh in is tomorrow, I fully expect to have stayed the same as I've been snacking all day today. TOTM is fast approaching as well so I'll be all lovely and bloaty soon as well.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend all xxx be goodAll the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

morning to anyone who is about, i expect most sensible people are still in bed at 7am on a sunday morning! it's another dreary looking day outside why does it always make me feel so apathetic
i'm hoping my oh will be in charge of the little one later while i go for a swim. I will probably do 1km which usually takes me about 45 minutes, so that and a bit of a dvd should be my exercise sorted for the day.
Food wise our cupboards are bare so i am going to do myself a nice healthy shopping list and go to the supermarket avoiding all the crisps and chocolate and biccies :rotfl:
it has been quiet round here this weekend, but i feel putting things down in writing helps me stay motivated so even if no one is about to read them at least the posts keep me on the straight and narrow!
hope everyone has a lovely, lazy, weight losing sunday.0 -
Well when I finally got our scales to work this morning I was 1 and a 1/2 lb lighter. Not too bad.
Hope all you 'losers are okay, he heGod is good, all the time

Happy Sunday all xxx
My weigh in was today and I've lost a grand total of 1/2 a lb!!I'm still chuffed considering my snack attacks yesterday, and at least its a loss and not a gain. My legs are still aching off Thursday so I went for a walk after lunch and left OH watching the footie. Such a lovely day outside, hope summer's on its way.
Hope you're all well xxxAll the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

hi everyone, the week started well, went swimming & walked the wrekin (a big hill in shropshire), obviously not in the same day i'm not that energetic !
I weigh myself on a tuesday , & i lost 1lb last tuesday. i 've been decorating which kept me from boredom eating . But last night my friend came over wanting to go out (she's going thru bad time). So today after getting over the night before ! I had the MUNCHIES all day , the dog keeps coming in wondering when she's getting her walk, her she comes again ,i'd better go, just wanted to check-in & say hi .0
