Anyone have any suggestions for snacky food? Something that isn't fruit or crisps/chocolate/sweets?
:D Dunno if that's too much to ask for!
Stupidly had my brekkie really early this morning and it's beginning to feel as though today might be a hungry day!!

Thanks CWM.com - I am rather pleased with my little (large!!) self (sight of a portly green and blue Dragon bowing), oh and I am managing to get over 1,000 kcals a day regularly at the moment

Well done dragon, keep it up. I've not been too good this week, been snacking on bourbon biscuits. I love them! Must try better to stay away from them. I've also not been going to the gym as much! Don't think this month will be going as well. Must give myself a kick in the a*** for the rest of week and month.The_Dragon wrote: »I registered back on the scales! If I get snacky I have a cup of tea.
A ryvita spread with a low fat cheese triangle and some cucumber is only about 90 calories as well.0 -
I am having a dessert so delicious it should be illegal!
Meringue nest (55 calories 0 fat)
tablespoon of 0% fat greek yoghurt (about 50 calories)
fresh strawberries
Yummy!0 -
well, we are now 7 days into may and i have lost 1lb. A loss is a loss i guess and i had a terrible weekend so really i have only tried for a couple of days and managed to lose that so i am happy. i'm hoping for a loss of 3lb next week so i can average 2lbs a week at least. then hopefully i will stay on track for 7lbs in May!
today i am aiming to do an hour of a dvd this morning, possibly a swim later on if i can get a baby sitter.
food today is still a mystery cos we are running low on supplies so i will have to be careful not to go for the junk we have left!
is anyone else weighing in today?0 -
Gonna weigh tomorrow but not too optomistic as I may have sabotaged myself last weekend.. However points were spot on yesterday and I did 45 min spin class and 30 mins of Body Combat, THEN did NOT have a relaxing post gym drink!!
Meringue nests???OMG they sound lush..
Todays menu (my breakfast) WW Bagel, spicy beans, grilled sliced mushrooms with LF garlic and herb soft cheese.....Cant wait.... I wonder what is for lunch??? More spin tonight so hope for a good day...
Happy Day all and stay focused x x x0 -
Hi all, looks like everyone is getting on ok. Keep it up.
Still not 100% sure of what I'm doing, previous attepmts at weight loss were clubs so had a plan to follow (SW was my favourite but i cant afford that right now and even with my books I cant do it on my own, as I know how to cheat)
Got knee pain at the moment so running is out of the question so will do a low impact dvd later.
I've been cutting back on my tea as I have one sugar in each cup (and splender stuff makes me feel sick) so not a drastic change but better all the same. And that way I'm not craving the biscuits that go so well with it.
Have a good day everyone.0
