So far today I have been pretty good, and yesterday was alright if I ignore the Sherbert DibDab I ate in the car part outside Home Bargains ( I love that shop but there is a whole lot of temptation in there for me!)
Looking forward to getting to know you all a little better
Cor I didn't know you could still get sherbert dibdabs! Did you have to tell me that :rotfl:

Hello dragon can you put me down, my weights up & down . I've focused too much on overall weightloss rather than a bit at a time. So as soon as saw this thread it made so much sense!
so here goes current weight 13.60 -

Hi everyone new and all those from previous threads
Hope you are enjoying the bank holiday weekend. Raining here, typically, so not getting out and about today.
Did a great session on treadmill this morning after my Oats So Simple, says I burnt 313 calories in 30 minutes, so happy with that.
went out for a meal last night but was good and didnt over indulge with a desert however tempted I was, walked loads around Cambridge City Center looking at the colleges and looking at where most of my families history is.
Been house hunting aswel which is stressful as nowhere seems to have what we're looking for, you can either have a nice sized bedrooms or a nice downstairs, cant seem to find both in our price range.
Watching ladies FA Cup final at the moment.
Have a great afternoon/evening everyone0 -
Hello all
Can I be added again for this month pretty please??
Its been yonks since I last posted. I've been ill with a virus chest infection thing for about 2 weeks and just about getting back onto my feet again. On the upside I'm 4 lbs lighter!! I'm sure all that will change now that I'm getting my appetite back :rotfl:
I'm freaking out that I have only 4 months left to get into my bikini and I need to start doing some serious exercise. I get virtually no exercise with me working at home and sitting at my laptop all day. I'm feeling bad about it now so I'm gonna get up off my bum and go for a walk.
Hope you've all had a fab bank hol weekend xxxxxxxxxxxAll the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Hope you enjoyed your walk coffeeholic I know what you mean about bikini, just booked a late deal for end of May  I can tell you all now I'm not ready for baring my body to myself let alone in public!!
Good day with food really, just hope I can stave off boredom as although I'm not hungry I feel I want to eat, so listening to Histon vs Torquay on radio and having a look on the net to keep my hands busy. Just keep thinking of the sweets in the cupboard0
