I'm freaking out that I have only 4 months left to get into my bikini and I need to start doing some serious exercise. I get virtually no exercise with me working at home and sitting at my laptop all day. I'm feeling bad about it now so I'm gonna get up off my bum and go for a walk.
Hope you've all had a fab bank hol weekend xxxxxxxxxxx
coffeeholic, you seem to be in exactly the same position as me, working from home sitting down most of the day. its frustrating isn't it, i feel so guilty some days for my lack of exercise!
I have had a terrible start to the month this weekend due to having friends over and a few drinksso today i am going to get back on track with a vengance. i will update on my progress (or lack of!) later, but i plan to do two 1 hour sessions with an exercise dvd and to not go over my 18 weight watcher points. wish me luck!

Good Luck Binkyboo sounds like a well thought out (and energetic) day. Hope it goes as planned.
Had Frosties for breakie, not the healthiest but better than chocolate spread on toast lol
Busy around house this morning (making the most that dd1 is back at school and dd2 is at pre-school this morning) so that'll be good for me.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Good morning all x After a wonderfully wicked camping weekend away, the diet is shot....
HOWEVER today is a new day and I have just had a fab WW bagel, 1/4 tin baked beans with added chilli, garlic mushrooms and onions and I feel GOOD!!
I am going to stick to my points today and drink more water. Tonight I shall do a Thai Boxing class.
7LBS gone here I come.....0 -
Happy Tuesday everyone!
Well wasn't it nice to have an extra day off
I have to admit I wasn't entirely well behaved in the food department as I kept doing things with other people but I think I have avoided eating too much junkGod is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day

well halfway through the day and i've done well with my food intake but only managed 40 minutes of an exercise dvd so far so will have to do some more this evening once i have got my work out of the way and got the little one to bed.
breakfast : chocolate slim fast - i'm trying to run the cupboards down and i had a couple of tins lurking in there!
snack : 1 slice toast
lunch: chicken breast, salad and new potatoes
snack: cadburys light mousse and 1 crushed meringue
dinner tonight will be salmon with whatever veggies i have lying around in the fridge and freezer.
going to attempt another hour of the exercise dvd and by then i think it will be time for bed, hopefully i will be so tired from the exercise i won't notice if i'm still hungry!0 -
Can I join in please?
I've lost 10lbs in 5 weeks using the calorie count site and am aiming for another 4lbs by 23rd May when I go on holiday.
Have been celebrating my birthday over the weekend so just hoping to maintain this week. I weigh in on a Monday.0 -
Well done Lizzie and keep up the good work.. I am craving chocolate as I type, so thought I would write some more about me.
I food share with a girl at work so I do breakfast she does lunch then swap the next day. So far its working very well and we eat some lovely food.
Lunch was 3 points rice and 3 points (1/2 pack) Iceland duck in plum sauce.
I struggle to lose weight as I quit smoking 4 years ago, drink too much and simply love food!! I am mega fit tho but still cant get the negative deficit to actually drop weight!!!
Wow craving gone!!! lol x
I like to read about what you all eat and do so keep posting x x x x x0 -

Hi All,
Welcome to everyone - another month, another aim eh?! Positive thinking, a bit of exercise and watching the munchies should help!
Dragon, can you please add me in again for this month?
I'm going to continue on my 1200 cals a day thing (although the weekends aren't helping cos I drink way too much!) but am going to try and not drink for a couple of weeks now. No more birthdays or weddings to blame so no excuse!
Also am getting back into my running a bit so hopefully with regular exercise too, although 7lbs might be asking a bit much, I should manage a little something this month. I start at 67kgs or 10 st 7/8 ish. Would sing from the rooftops if I can break 10st this month but methinks that is wishful thinking.....!
Good luck all - let's keep motivated!
Hugs,
NTL

Hi all!!
Sorry - I'm becoming a terrible poster!! I started a new job on Monday (well a new job within the same company at least) and I'm not quite brave enough yet to spend all my time cruising MSE!
I think this week was a STS for me - although that was based on Sunday's WI since I didn't get the chance on Monday! I'm not surprised - but I am annoyed with myself!
It's now less than 9 weeks 'til I need to squeeze into my b/maid's dress - and it looks nowhere near good enough!
Starting yesterday I'm gonna make a concerted effort to stop eating junk - with the exception of the hen do - between now and going away! Although to be fair, since the wedding's meant to be in Mexico - it might not even happen with the way things are going!
