Hi, is it possible for me to join in?
I gave up sweets, crisps, chocolate, cake and biscuits for lent but think I must have taken up my other major vice, microwave popcorn with a vengeance as I only lost a couple of pounds.

I would really like to lose 1 1/2 stone in all but it would be a great kick start if I could lose 7lb which I think would take me down to a size 14 again and back into most of my clothes

My starting weight is (gulp) 12 stone 2
That may be the first time I told anyone my weight in at least 3 years!

Welcome to the crowd Sian and if it is any consolation I am 10 stone more than you and want to lose that plus at least one more :eek:

Hi Ellie! I work on the basis that any loss is good (I managed to actually gain during April which was a tad annoying!) - just jump right in and enjoy though!

Hi Dragon, can you count me again this month please??

I weighed in today and lost another 1lb, which is not brilliant but it is going in the right direction!!

3 more lb's and i will have hit my target! If i really knuckle down i could probably lose that next week, but let's see.......!

Thank you! I hope I will be better at sticking to it if I have people to chivvy me along and if I feel I have to confess my failings. So far today I have been pretty good, and yesterday was alright if I ignore the Sherbert DibDab I ate in the car part outside Home Bargains ( I love that shop but there is a whole lot of temptation in there for me!)
