Arrrrrrrgggggghhhhhh!! Why does totm make me sooooo hungry?! i have had boiled egg and 2 slices of toast for breakfast, its been five minutes since i finished a weight watchers cottage pie and i am starving! i've been trying to work and i am just sat daydreaming about chocolate and cake! luckily dd is asleep so i can't go to the shop and buy any hopefully by the time she wakes up i will have found something to distract myself until dinner.0

Lost a pound this week so happy with that - finally staring to move downwards again! :j
Been to body pump tonight and had a good food day as well.
Hope everyone else is doing OK.0 -
morning all,
wednesdays are always a tough day for me diet wise. I go out for the day with my 2 sisters and them both being skinny and lucky enough to not have to watch what they eat it is hard for me not to give in and go for the treats, but i will do my best to persevere and not give in cos i've done so well so far this week i don't want to ruin it for myself.
exercise wise much of the same i have got myself davina's 3 30 minute workouts to try so will give that a go today at some point. only 2 weeks not till my gym reopens and i can get back to exercise bikes and treadmills.
hope everyone else is having a good day.0 -
not sure if anyone is reading this, but if it keeps me motivated then i will keep on posting!
today i have been fairly good food wise but not as virtuous as i would like. dreaded pmt is hitting me hard today and made me want to snack like a horse but all i have had outside my normal meals so far today is a pack of mini cheddars, might have a yoghurt in a minute for a sweet fix. I think i have only managed so well this week because i made sure there was no chocolate in the house so maybe this is the way forward?
exercise wise i have not managed anything today as my stomach is hurting so much, so will try and do extra tomorrow to compensate. tomorrow will be my next weigh in but i am not confident as my belly is bloated from water retention at the moment so not sure it would be my true weight.
We shall see what tomorrow brings!0 -
I'm reading!

Went for a swim today but also had a small cream scone and half a twirl. Do you think they cancelled eachother out??:rotfl:0 -
ooh yes i'm sure they did cancel each other out!
i'm going to bed now i think, having an early night before i go and eat the contents of the kitchen cupboards. I definitely feel that way inclined tonight!0 -
well i seem to have sts this week. I think maybe i have lost another lb or 2 but i just can't see it yet cos of the water retention so i am optimistic that if i have another good week then i will see a larger amount come off next weigh in. Still got crippling stomach ache so not in the mood for exercising so will have to be extra good with food this next few days until i can start burning some calories again!0

Afternoon all xxx
Well I was meant to be doing 1 of my dvds in the house but totm is well and truly here causing me immense pain and all I want to do is curl up on the sofa with a hot water bottle. Normally I'd be stuffing chocolate down me but we did a big shop yesterday and I bought no nasty food, lots of lovely fruits and veggies and healthy snackies. So exercising is a bit of a no-no for me at the mo, but luckily I haven't eaten loads the past couple of days so hopefully it won't be too bad.
I feel lighter having done more exercise and eating 'better' food but will see what the scales say on Sunday my weigh-in day.All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Ooh, poor you coffeeholic. Is there any way you can drag yourself out for a wander (though the weather isn't great is it?). I hear that gentle exercise can really help with cramps and things and I doubt your dvds count as gentle so I think you are right in avoiding them!
I have really gotten into redbush tea recently, it tastes sweet and can be drunk without milk, bonus

Ouch coffeeholic! that doesn't sound good.
Sorry I haven't been around much folks but there is some serious stress happening with Dr Dragon at the moment and it is affecting me as well (I have had a migraine everyday for a week now and am having to force myself to eat again *sigh* - oh the stress is not between Dr D and myself but an outside agency), hopefully this will all be over soon and I can start over.Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
