I've had a crappy nights sleep too... More kitty related than pregnancy related... We left Mr Tabson out of the kitchen last night (they usually get shut up, and now I remember why!) He is such a fussy cat, kept waking me up purring and nudging me for fuss... Then at 5:30 Aimee came in to tell hubby to go and see where he was asleep... Apparently he'd squeezed himself into her teddy holder thing... So of course she didn't go back to sleep after that... Got in the middle of our bed but hubby can't sleep when she's there... I think he just doesn't try hard enough... He can sleep through everything else! So he ended up moaning at her and trying to get her to back to her own bed... Which woke me up again... So she went back to her own room and started playing... Between her singing and his snoring I didn't get any more sleep... And now I have to ring the vet about Tabby so no chance of going back to bed now....A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Krystal I missed what happened to Mr Tabby... is he ok?
DH had ONE rule when I moved in - no cats in the bedrooms... Took us a while to train them as they have been allowed on my bed since they were kittens and 6/7weeks old (long story why I had them before they were 8 weeks...) and at 5/6 years old they were not impressed :rotfl: but 2 weeks of insistant training eventually got through and now they sleep on the landing and are only allowed in the bedroom for special treats - ie my birthday and christmas
Should probably go get dressed as have doctors in 45 minutes and then need to go and pay in all the allotment cheques and cash from the weekend. Fun fun fun!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

He's fine now Tine, he popped out Friday night and didn't come back.. Then Saturday afternoon the RSPCA rang to say he'd been picked up (from the house opposite ours!) and they think he was hit by a car and could have a fractured pelvis... They kept him in over the weekend and we were supposed to be fetching him today and taking him to a private vet (they would only keep him stable, wouldn't actually treat him because we live out of their area) but he improved so much over the weekend, they let us pick him up yesterday... And the best bit, I just rang our own vet and they said they don't need to see him!! So pleased about that... Saves the stress of getting him there and he won't have to be mangled around...
Ours have free reign of the house during the day but because they tend to turn into little tear abouts after lights out, they get shut in the kitchen for sleeping... They're used to it... Tabby was really confused last night when he wasn't shut up... Kept following hubby backwards and forwards lol
I have the midwife at 10:45... Then I've had an idea of a present for hubby when the baby is here that I need to go and investigate... But I might just not bother and come home and go to bed!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Well docs at 10:30 - but been told to be prepared to wait - I was already asked if it was an emergancy or can it be sorted over the phone - erm pregnant lady with breathing probs...
Anyway, best get a move on, need brekkie and to get dressed0 -
Hope they don't make you wait too long nms... I hate snotty receptionists! There's one at our place you never want to answer the phone... And her face matches her attitude if she's sitting on reception when you get there... Much prefer the other 2... Even if one of them is incompetent... lol...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Thanks Krystal, unfortunatley, all the receptionsts here went to the same charm school , they don't do nice ones. lol I just love the way they imply you sit with the phone on redail for 15 minutes trying to get through because you think it would be fun!0
