Evening people
My latest news....been accepted for an Asda Reward credit card, 24.8%apr, £750 limit. 0% purchases for 3 months, 0% balance tranfer for 12 months. Applied yesterday lunchtime, accepted today :j
Also had increases on Shop direct catalogues, Empire now £2000, Additions £950.
Next limit showing at £300 although when accepted it was £250 so extra £50 there :beer:
In Sept last year I had no credit, even got turned down by Studio then I got Vanquis and first Jd Williams account and have not looked back.

Very surprised as Asda card say 'no defaults' not sure how far they check back or whether it's because mine are old.

No credit searches on Experian, had loads last year applying for everything but all dropped off. Only one's on there now are unrecorded.

Edit..just checked Credit Expert and have one from Natwest, thought it was unrecorded as they searched Equifax too for my credit card

Santander usually go back 2-3 years but as you have no searches and an otherwise clean record they will have accepted you based on that mate

I can reapply for Barclaycard initial from today onwards as it's been 3 months, but I'm trying to hold off the searches. Been a month so far.

I applied for Bcol Initial three times since September - third time lucky with three previous searches on my Equifax :P

Had some major amendments made to my Equifax file this quarter hence the multiple applications in quick succession

Bad news. The credit cards are getting a bit of a battering with he run up to xmas etc due to my job only paying at the moment for when i work as am working 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off so the money has to stretch etc.

Fingers crossed i will have a contract job after xmas in the pipeline which is a extreme payrise so means cards would all be paid within 2-3 months
