So to answer your question is that I did end up sub prime from budgeting properly! :rotfl:
When are you actually going to start offering some proper advise? Or do you just come on here to release some of your daily stress? :T
I notice that you have a HSBC account, I worked for HSBC and can assure anyone reading this, that if they BUGET PROPERLY, when using their account, the last thing they will need to do is obtain a sub-prime credit card to improve their credit score, this is because HSBC will fall over themselves offering a customer a credit card with a background that you claim to have!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:0 -
Ok, what ever you say...... I forgot to ask if you worked for them during the credit crunch? I can assure you that no high street lender is throwing credit at people anymore.CHANGEyourMP wrote: »I notice that you have a HSBC account, I worked for HSBC and can assure anyone reading this, that if they BUGET PROPERLY, when using their account, the last thing they will need to do is obtain a sub-prime credit card to improve their credit score, this is because HSBC will fall over themselves offering a customer a credit card with a background that you claim to have!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

Anyone know if limit increases from the sygma/creation cards like the accessory are automatic or have to be requested. Still on my £400 starting limit from accessory after 6 months and wondering if it's worth a phone call or if I'll be told to sod off0

Cheers dude, braved the phone. They did a credit check which I was sure would make them laugh but they increased my limit 30% to £520 and I can have it reviewed again in March0 -
30% and a credit chech? So I'm only going to get a £300 increase on my Flybe card? I could use that valuable search for getting another Sygma card and get a bigger limit.
Bunch of tight !!!!!!. :mad:We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
None of the other sygma cards (or any other card for that matter) want me at the moment so I'll take my 30%..... for the time being0

I'm going to have to wait a while before applying for a Sygma card.
Equifax file is flawless now - no adverse whatsoever but only a year of history on it now! I'm torn between applying for a Barclaycard Breathe or Sygma Siver once I've had my 6th Barclaycard Initial statement... hmm...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I just got instantly accepted for the Tesco credit card!!!
16.9% APR and a measly credit limit of £250 but brilliant, first instant acceptance since Vanquis.
