Pause is the new stop. With iPods, there is no stop button. They figured, because pause does the same thing as stop, there is no point having both buttons. We’ve had to remove your signature. Received my letter from cap 1 today, increased my apr from 30.1% to 39.9% , am tempted now to close the account and wait a bit and then apply for their progress mastercard
However am wondering how much higher is the criteria for that compared to their classic visa card

Are you and your partner financially linked? I ask because a default is very bad news.....
If you want to go mainstream try https://letmechoose.barclaycard.co.uk/ this will let you know the likelyhood of you being accepted for a barclaycard. It will carry out a soft search on your callcredit file and base its decsion on that.
Good luck and let us know how you get onBank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
