Passed my motorcycle theory test today.
I'm going for the car one also, in a few weeks.. while it's still all fresh in my memory.
Compared to the other tests I get at college, the theory is a piece of p*ss.
the full bike test is easy aswell.the examiners are very fair.just past mine.
i didnt think i would get honda finance for a new big bike, due to searches on experian .i tried with them for an older bike expecting a decline.
found out the next day they accepted, also carlile finance ,who search equifax, accepted.
gutted, could have a nice 0% new honda now.

So, in a nutshell when you start to get credit, open a couple of catalogue accounts to get the green [0]'s but once you get a credit card or 3! then you start to request minimal limits on the catalogues as it wastes your available credit which could be the difference between an accept/decline when you make an application somewhere!
So you do right by reducing your limit, you'll never want to spend £1200 on a clubby anyway lol
I know what you mean.
Don't know if it is the time of year or my credit rating is def on the up,just found out today as well as Littlewoods upping my limit to £1200,Very has went up to £800,Vanquis £1250,Capitalone 1500:eek: Goodness knows what limit I will get with Sygma. Will def reduce limits on catalogue's though. Also got my nice shiney RBS Highline 100 card today too:DCredit Cards, Vanquis £3000 Capitalone £1500
Accessory(sygma) £1250
Littlewoods £2900,Very £16000 -

Nice one on the highline and sygma application, I just replied to that thread lol. I think you'll get the norm £1500 - £2500 limit but whatever you get, come let us know please....
Well done - just dump some of your catalogues lol..... also, after 3 months with Sygma, go for an RBS card. If its a new RBS bank account you have, then wait 6 months. If not, say its an upgrade, then apply after 3 months (for their credit card)..
= a good chance of acceptance! :cool:2010 - year of the troll

If not, then simply email one of the top dogs, such as Paula Cloney..... but to be fair, if the lender doesn't get back to them usually after 14 days they will remove it pending the lenders answer (I say usually in the loosest possible way mate lol).....
So go back to them and insist it is removed pending investigation as it is having an adverse effect on your ability to obtain credit which can result in you suing them for Libel - because you've already appealed it in line with their own processes and they failed to respond. Thanks! I've still got my practical test to go but I'm not worried about that, it'll be fairly easy, I hope. The motorbike I have just now isn't suitable for the practical test I plan to do so I'm gonna go round some shops tomorrow and hopefully buy another.

Hello, have closed my Capital One card. They didn't ever increase my limit and were lousy at customer service. Also closed a storecard so am hoping for a balance transfer offer some time and then will get rid of Vanquis and M & S.Magiciansgirl0
