The best bit is that I've been able to adjust the handle bars and saddle to a perfect position for me.
Victory - it's easy to express caring on such a lovely and supportive forum, and you've been here since I joined nearly 2 years ago (good grief 2 yrs:eek:) and so you're 'family'.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Raph -I'm glad you treated yourself to the gadget: it's not like you bought it at the beginning of getting fit which is so easy to do - buy all the gadgets and then never use them beyond the first week - you have now more than proved yourself committed to exercise and activeness so it will be well used.
I think congrats are also in order that you worked really hard to clear your debts and are now able to save and buy yourself the things you choose. A real MSE success story:T:T:o Oh you're making me blush
yeah I can justify the gadget as I know I will use it. I've really taken to running so it's something I'll keep up.
Congrats Scottish Lass!! Well done!!

yay scottish lass! i would say that calories burned on guitar hero depends what you put into it. Nervously pecking away at stairway to heaven won't do you any good. think blur, song 2, thats what you wanna go for!
rofling at bb comment on the chocolate, very pertinent!0 -

1lb loss this week.
Tesco are very good for apples I find - they don't dry out as quickly as apples from other supermarkets and generally taste nicer.
Congrats Scottish Lass :beer::j:j0 -
